You should always change the code with the door open and test the new code with the door open... If you changed the code but now can't open the safe with the new code, then maybe try the old code. There is a chance that the code wasn't actually changed because you did something wrong when trying to change the code. In that case, the old code might still work

Hi David, On the safe from this video is S&G SPARTAN PIVOT 1006 without delay feature. Keypad is the same (or it looks the same), but important is type of the electronic lock.Your safe has different lock type with the "Delay" and this lock could be chosen by your supplier. To find how to remove a delay is necessary to know exact type of the lock.
