Good series of video's

What settings would you recommend for the types of videos I'm going to do.
I have 1 video on my channel to give you some context, but the majority of them are on my Instagram at WunderlichDrums, and I used my G7X(1st gen, not mark 2) for the YT video.
I've been using 3 cheapo action cams I got 4 years ago for the IG videos.
I just got a GoPro Hero 5 Black a few days ago and I'm pretty disappointed with its performance compared to the cheap action cams I already have.
I think I had my settings suitable for my lighting, but maybe not.
Pitch black room, black background, 2 Neewer 176 LED lights on the subject (me & drums) at around 20% brightness each
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 🙏
