When I started my 2nd channel I created an email lead magnet right away.
I really didn't think people were signing up. For some reason I had it in my head to wait till 1k subs to check my list.
I have over 300 emails. I couldn't believe it.
Now I'm in the phase of figuring out how to make it work.
This video is great. I'll start sending emails about my CZcams uploads.
You give new meaning to the phrase “set it and forget it” 😁
I rarely read long emails. Give me the tease to an interesting blog post or a video. Also, putting the same subject line as the video title is brilliant! I have never noticed that you do that -- probably because I forget the subject line that enticed me to open the email in the 2 seconds that it took me to read down to the Watch link.
And this is timely information since, yesterday, I finally started trying to use the ConvertKit account I opened more than a year ago. Yet another useful video that I'm going to watch multiple times so I can make a list to apply the steps.
You really have got this stuff figured out and I appreciate you sharing the love.

Yes! You can have multiple list, it just takes a little more organization on your part 👍
