- my heat treat oven finally showed up! I ordered this one through soul ceramics and it took roughly 12 weeks to arrive. very happy with it overall and will be sure to do a review of this once I figure out how to use it. even heat lb 22.5

Nice piece of kit! I wasn't a fan of Evenheat's door latch mechanism so I went with a Paragon KM24. Without the touchscreen option it was about the same price and the normal controls aren't terrible. Just slightly time consuming to wait for the temperatures to scroll through the entire range. Now that I have 12 different heat treat recipes saved I just keep notes on which program goes with which alloy
So I definitely agree with you on the door thing! Love the big paragon door how it opens and this latch mechanism on the even heat is pretty cheesy . The touch screen controller seems awesome so far! Still need to program my recipes !

You can't ask for better people to deal with. In all honesty . Most of the whole knife community is pretty good to deal with.
Does anyone know the time it takes to heat up a 110 vs 220 model? I'm looking the KH418. The Ameribrade runs off my 220 now and I could probably have another 220 installed if the heat up times are vastly different.
