3-4 pieces of lemon peel.
1 cinnamon stick.
~ 2 cups of milk (500ml).
4 egg yolks.
~ 6 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar (80g).
4 teaspoons of cornstarch (10g).
Cinnamon powder for garnish.

Looks really yummy, but if you are going to advertise it as "in five minutes" and then say stir for 10 minutes and the rest probably takes about twenty minutes and then say chill for 1-2 hours, it's not really five minutes, is it? Because what if some person needed a dessert really fast and then wasted 10 minutes of their time watching this video because it wasn't actually 5 mins

I absolutely adore these videos but do they have to go so long ? It's probably just me, but do we have to see each stage 3-4 times ? I don't know, but with the sedate music accompaniment, I find myself falling asleep. Luckily I can save the videos and watch them in full later. Thanks for producing them though.
