You also need to consider that one side only has an extremely slim majority in the House while the other side comfortably holds the Senate and the White House. During my 14 yrs of schooling, half were in the USA, and half were in 5 countries in Europe. Without a doubt, European education standards are higher. Two (among many) reasons: #1. Strong unions keep old fogie teachers on the job and preclude younger (than 50) teachers from teaching.#2. Each US classroom can only progress as fast as its slowest student. In Europe, bright students are encouraged to excel.

We are light years behind, and until we stop corporate bribes of politicians nothing truly revolutionary will ever get done. In reality Biden has been a more effective weapon against drug pricing and pharmaceuticals control then any other president in decades, so your wrong there n that point. Guess which country has recovered the fastest from inflation. The United States, and guess who our current president is? The state I live in is so good at balancing the budget, it gives money back to the people in rebates, because yes they do care, and yes it's a democratic state, and we are considered currently the second best state to live in because yes we do care about our infrastructure, our education, our elderly and our healthcare
