- This property had the longest grass I've ever cut. It took multiple passes and filled 6 bags from the clippings. As always - the VINES were all over this property. They seem to find me where ever I go! To top it all off - I also stepped on a rusty nail and had to go to the urgent care. All is well - just hurt pretty good!!!

I have hopes to convert these abandoned houses into homes! It would be amazing to purchase them , remodel, and provide a house for a family in need. We're certainly not there yet - but it's a dream I have. We're getting closer with each of you supporting these videos.

It’s not just the garden clean up, it’s you on roof blowing away leaves and also doing little fix it jobs. Thank you, it’s a pity so many homes are either abandoned or just empty (a big difference). There are so many abandoned homes. It's perplexing. They could be put back on the market for a variety of used depending in zoning. This problem is everywhere in the US. Thanks for giving these properties dignity.

It’s all over the world I’m guessing as it is also a problem in Australia. Not sure what the solution is as there are probably sewerage, leaks and electrical problems with the homes. It takes volunteers and not for profit organisations to clean them up and make them liveable. Not an easy task.

You don't need to add anything else to what you already do for these properties! You're already mowing, edging, trimming trees and bushes, weed eating, bagging clippings, and doing repairs. We appreciate all you do... don't take any more time away from your family. 🙂

The grass was crazy! Still can’t get over the front tree growing through the fence. Great job in total cleanup and fixer up.

I know that some abandoned homes are far beyond repair but homes like this one look nice and should not be sitting empty. You have a great idea.

If you do get the chance to buy in the future make sure you do it before you clear the yards and do repairs to the fences. You probably add hundreds of dollars to the value.

That house has been somebody’s pride and joy once, with nice edged flower beds. Question: what do you do with the dirt, sods and clippings you remove? Start a compost heap in a discreet corner of backyard maybe? Could be used by a future occupant for gardening?

So for the winter, do you have any access to a front blade for your truck? I think it's interesting to watch snow plowing and the piling up and removal of snow. Last winter I watched the Big Bear area snow plowing and it was very interesting. You do a great job and I love the cleanup and I like the way you fix other things besides the lawn. The exterior of this house is in really good condition. No broken windows, missing siding, peeling paint. I am used to seeing grass/weeds knee to waist deep. This one wasn't too bad.

I was born to early. I love doing what you’re doing but CZcams was not around in my youth. Now I’m 61 and it is not possible for me to do this.
