My two favorite heroes I would like to see are Mauga and the Mysterious Omnic. Even if his moveset isnÂŽt the one which was very detailed in the Baptiste Short-Story, being able to play as a brutal Talon-Tank sounds like fun. With the Mysterious Omnic who most likely has a connection to Null Sector there is so much potential and possibilites because he could be any role with interesting new abilites.

I hope they add Emre. I think it would be cool if we got another character who was part of the OG Overwatch team along with Sojourn.

Junker Queen, the Fox Girl (Kiriko) and the Null Sector omnic (Ramattra) are all added or being added, and the current hero director has stated plans of the next two heroes being support heroes, which I think Maximilien and somebody else such as Sanjay could work well as.
EDIT: If Mauga DOES get added, I would be really excited to see his interactions with Baptiste, since theyâve been shown working side-by-side when Baptiste worked for Talon.

Considering we know about Venture in S10, Space Healer in S12, and a tank in S14, as well as how Blizzard said Maximilian wasnât gonna be a hero, just a lore character, I think we can safely say heâs not coming

@@sunscreeen4270 but that don't fit to his game style he might be some sort of resource management healer support that Deploy healing drone that can be destroyed so he have to keep the drones alive in order to heal also he can have perma flight so he always stay above to manage drones better
I want the fox girl to be a support, which makes sense due to the fox said to bring health and well-being in Japanese culture and mythology.

But the yokai of the 9 tailed fox is also known for being mischievous and evil, right?
I'm thinking it would work similar to Zen's kit, maybe she sends the fox out to either heal her team or cause damage to the opposing team.

I definitely want to see more omnic characters join the roster, I think lorewise Luna from the Paris map has a lot of potential! With her underground omnic resistance covered by her cabaret, she could be an unexpectedly cool hero addition.
Lynx seventeen from zarya's comic is an omnic character I'd like to see in the game. I think they'd make an excellent support focused hacker character as a foil to sombra
@@shawnhamann5797 HARD agree!! Lynx has got to be one of my favorite side characters from the comics! I love their position in the storyline and the growth they provide for Zarya as a character as well as the connection they have with Sombra's whole thing. Though I will say I think Sombra would probably be a counter to THEM as she dispatches them pretty easily in the comics, but maybe it could also be, like, Lynx learnt how to counter Sombras hacks following the events of the comics. Maybe they could hack teammates to ENHANCE their abilities instead of disrupting enemies? It would be super cool to see another hacker on the roster or even joining Overwatch so they'd FINALLY have an omnic member on the team!

That when you press, it will chose a random teammate, and a random enemy in range, displaying on the screen of your teammate who they need to kill. And reward the whole team if he could do. And obviously, he would have another heal abillity for the team, because it's not everytime they can kill someone
Ikr. The issue is people see him and they stupidly think he'll be a hero. Mei is a hero because of the story. Max's story doesn't indicate he'll ever be a hero.
Donov Zeek Did Sigmaâs story ever indicate heâd be a hero? Of course, his story was made alongside his kit but he doesnât exactly strike as a fighter, he is the gameâs oldest character and a scientist after all.
I think it would be hilarious if Zephyrus spawned as both the guy controlling him, and the actual gladiator being controlled. Such that you see the guy just punching the air in spawn, while controlling the warrior on the battlefield
Maximilien would definitely be a support hero. He is the character that I want to become a playable hero

This would enable Double Resurrect, Double Bio-Nade, Double Immortality Field, etc. That would add an entirely new wrinkle to comboing abilities.
Matthew Mazzatto / That would be literal hell. Cooldown exist for a reason.. Iâd rather him have a healing ability that would reward teammates for getting a kill (kinda like Reaperâs old orbs but more healing)
I think Overlord could be an interesting "logistics managing" support, like with aerial view drones for recon and assistance, maybe while his mecha goes in turret mode or with little screen/pov on your field of view

There IS an interaction b/t Moira and Sombra where they're talking about Maximillion and Moira is saying she hasn't tried experimenting on Omnics..."Yet" Maybe foreshadowing Max being turned into one of Moira's altered talon lap rats.

I could see Sanjay having a hard light suit of armor. He would have a more weaponized manner of using hard light overall compared to Symmetra.

Kanezaka Fox Girl is most likely confirmed. Spirit foxes were shown off at the latest Overwatch 2 Trailer.
Junker Queen and Kirko were correct but I think Zephyrus and Mauga are gonna get in the game. They just seem the most likely but I think Dr. Faisal could be interesting if he is a Indiana Jones type character. I can kinda see one of DVAâs crew-mates being a character but I think they are too much like DVA to get a chance tho.
Ramatta was also just announced. At this point, I think Maximilien has the best chance at being added as a support hero.
Maximillian could be a âSummonerâ support hero. Maybe a designated healer who can summon soldiers to fight for him!

I think Casino is a likely candidate given his possible ties to Talon while serving on MEKA if anything, I think he'll have a pretty large story significance.

He has ties to Monaco as a former F1 driver and as we all know, Maximillien runs the casino in Monaco.
There was also someone in the masquerade comic in the Talon council room that kinda looked like him.... Albeit older and with less white hair. Many would say it's definitely not him, but I would argue how Moira used to look in the comics is VERY different to how she looks in-game when they revealed her a few months later.
I'm pretty sure Luna from Paris will be a playable hero. A Singer healer, but also an omnic revolutionary. She is also mentioned in one of the D'Va skins.

Junker Queen(tank) has been released. Iâm guessing Kanezaka Girl(support) released before Oct 2022. Mouga(tank) will be released late 2022 or early 2023. Then Maximillien(support) released first or second quarter 2023

Mauga and Max are definitely my biggest wants for new heroes. Mauga seems like he'd fit my playstyle incredibly well (as I'm sure you know having witnessed first-hand my tendency towards serious aggression) and Max is just so suave that I simply need more of him and I'm sure they could make him an interesting and very unique kit to fit his personality

Mauga is 10000% a tank. I think Max is the most likely at this point since three of the characters on the list at the time of writing this are added or announced to be added.
The next two heroes are probably going to be support according to Blizzard, so I think Max has the best chance.

It's easier to see if you zoom in to about 300%. He's right above the bottom center of the panel.
All I need now is zephyrous and Overlord. Wanna run around with duel swords. 1 more melee DPS on top of him and then itâd be a full team of melee. Would be interesting to say the least.

I don't think divas make a squad will ever be adapted because of the similarity of their mech. Since overwatch aims for recognisable silluettes of heroes.

Battlefield has a Commander mechanic (may be called something different, I didn't play too much of it) which takes the game from a top-down perspective. Overlord may be interesting as the most "off" off tank, being not present most of the time, but spectating the members of his team over the shoulder with his drones. With the 4 non-tank heroes on a team, it could be easily segmented on the screen so all are visible to him at once, with an option in his kit to only focus on one PoV. The drones could provide overhealth that regenerates like shields on a cooldown, or is meted out as a resource. Each drone could also have a weak laser semi-auto projectile that can move independently of the teammate's field of view to protect the backline from sneaky heroes. Or, they could also be moved from one hero to another depending on their need, so one hero could have three drones and the other one is on another. His ultimate could be him temporarily spawning in with his mech to support the team, all of the drones coming to him, working together and wreaking havoc (one drone's fire, even three's, is weak, but five could be scary). He does this on a battery (Dva's mech could be unique in that it has a reactor that can blow up), so he eventually has to go back to his other mode.

With Junkerqueen basically confirmed, I want more tank/support characters. Fox Girl and Overlord seem like real fun concepts for support/healer based rolls, while Mauga and Storm Omnic could work as tanks.
I feel like they will add dmon or overlord or even both but eventually I believe the entire meka squad will be playable heroes in the game

People thought he was going to be hero 27 but we didn't see him after that. He is Turkish and maybe if we get Turkey map and then they will release him as hero I guess

Supposeadly there is going to be a new portuguese character related to the "Esperança" Map, named ClaĂșdio Martins. Its a tank, supposeadly, and its affiliated with a new unreleased faction Which i believe its named "The cooperative"
Alot of people believe its name is durovidro, as it is mentioned in some panels of the map. But as i am a portuguese, i understood the maps signs and can sadly tell you, its not. Although it could be a very cool hero name.
Durovidro is the name of the barrier seen on the map, protecting the city from complete death. In the "museu martins"(or martins museum, in english), a voice recording is heard. And it explains how the martins family saved the whole country of extincion, by building said barrier. And it has shown to be useful, as the country apparently is prospering. God i hope we have a politician that helps us like that someday

Iâm still banking on the idea of Maximilienâs ult being big ult charge booster for a teammate. Like he throws a coin targeted to an ally like Ana, but the teammate gets a kill in a certain amount of time and it increases their charge based on how long it took them to get it, even if they didnât get a kill it still grants charge. And his voiceline could be âBet it all on blackâ or âPut your life on itâ or something like that.

I think with Max, Sanjay and the archeologist there's an argument to be made that Mercy doesn't bring much in combat to the table .
Sure her pistol is pretty good but her staff is primarily healing and damage boost.
Actual combat wise she only has her pistol but her support comes more from buffing her teammates.
So I think they'll come up with something cool for those three. And I can't wait

Dont count on it. They killed doomfist by making him a tank and nerfed tracers damage to the point that she's not worth playing. It really seems like they want everyone on soldier and sojourn 76 so they can get the call of duty crowd on their new game.

An eleventh candidate would be Kace from the London Calling comic series. While that series certainly isn't very good, Kace has potential for the story in the future. It wouldn't make sense for him to just disappear and never be heard from again, and it would make the comic series worse than it already is. I thought up a potential kit, abilities, and future story for him, involving him joining (or rejoining) Null Sector once he finds them more powerful than ever and ready to strike.

I wish they'd give Mauga a weapon that is more along the lines of a Hawaiian weapon. Ik Roadhog has a hook, but I hope Mauga has a Maui hook or like a hammer/club. Idk, but something more interesting than 2 machine guns. I mean I don't mind mowing people down lol.

As someone who has no idea about the lore I think that D.Mon would be cool if they were a damage hero. Because then we have a tank with a shield, a support with a shield and a damage with a shield
