I have watched your video for pain in neck shoulders back and arms and I am impressed by it. I have this pain for last 40 years. I have undergone cervical leminactomy about 1 year back but there is no relief in my an. Now the expert says it is muscular pain.I am 84 years of age. Please advise me if I can try exercises suggested by you even at this age?
