She discusses the rapidly growing debt paradigm and why the Fed believes they can increase debt faster and faster without consequence. Now they need Congress to pass additional stimulus programs to maintain the system. These stimulus programs keep the stock markets levitated while
the idea of "Don't fight the Fed" is suppressing and stifling competition and innovation.
Today, the country that grows it's balance sheet the fastest can also devalue their currency the quickest. The worst-case scenario is stagflation, and in that environment, gold heads higher but buying power declines rapidly.
Danielle Di Martino Booth “Socialism Coming to America.”
She outlines the risks of throwing money at people who aren't working. There is a spiral of demand destruction that will lead to losses in higher-end jobs, further reducing consumption.
Tensions are building in the United States, and mortgage delinquencies are going to go through the roof. @Tennessee Country boy Right, it takes time for the beast to die.
UNDER CAPITALISM, EVERY PENNY OF A BILLIONAIRES FORTUNE
IS A PENNY OF UNPAID WORK THAT SOMEONE ELSE PERFORMED.
Capitalism is based on freedom ? Capitalism is based on on money and failure
Wealth is fueled by debt, and debt grows faster than the economy. When I have asked a few simple questions
of the investor types, not a single one will answer my questions. This leads me to believe that A) they never
even looked at how capital gains are generated, or B) these investor types are perfectly willing to siphon off
the wealth of the bottom 90% or get bailed out by the U.S. Treasury in order to get capital gains.
Either way, capitalism is not the great freedom giver and poverty annihilator that the propaganda makes it out to be.
Here is how I addressed my unanswered questions to investor types:
For those of you who are commenting one way or another on the merits of investing, I would like to ask
a question or two. When the sum total of financial assets ( "investments" ) in the USA top $90 trillion
and the economy as measured by GDP is around $21.5 trillion, how do "investments" make 6 to 7 percent
while the GDP only grows by 2.56% annually? With wealth being larger and growing faster than the
economy, how does the economy pay off the dividends wealth earns?

Damn! This was bloody precise! I think the stock market will crash because it is soaring at unsustainable levels, and it's value is based off only a few companies, with only a handful of Investment Banks calling the shots and pulling real weight(your video on the topic was spot on). That coupled with fiscal stimulus and a fall in interest rates(which erodes savings and it's purchasing power) means that there truly is no place to store wealth other than in PM's which are soaring right now. The best that anyone can do is to hold cash and ride the storm out. Great video as always I must say!

Meanwhile regarding the market craze, you ain't seen nothing yet. There are so many factors to consider for this to happen. So I still believe that sooner or later these stimulus will have to wind back, then we will see the correction to more realistic stock prices. In the meantime, some people are still making money by riding the stimulus waves. I have recognized my lack of ability to predict when a correction will happen, so I am mostly staying out of the game and just taking opportunities that fall within my investment strategies. 2021 is going to be a huge challenge .we will mostly likely see worse than 2008 close to the great depression which will carry for a few years. The over spending in out going loaner and loans will collapse as a result of big government spending. During these shutdowns the world's economic is walk on the edge. Bankruptcy is only the beginning of to come.

Since the fundamentals of the economy are 'a-okay' (alive people who want to work and spend) and since COVID-19 is of the typical "high infection/low death rate" pathogen variety, stuff is not _actually_ bad.
*What is "bad" is a situation where the rules of the game continue even though the players have been asked to remain on the bench for a while.* Weriiiid. Like a basketball game where someone threw fireworks onto the court, players are moved to the side, but the clock keeps on running for some reason (mortgages, rent, interest payments, debt payments). Eventually the time runs out and whoever had the most points originally - wins.
Result are as follows: in all cases as with the oil industry : 150+ large oil corporations going belly up and their assets being swallowed up by even bigger fish. In the end we will have Apple burgers and Microsoft Oil Research Corp. No new startups. Ever. Banks will be "skittish" to lend to peasants and a 1000 year global feudal society will be born.

I think the stock market is going to keep these levels or even grow way higher. I know It may sound bonkers, but consider that what we are facing is a devaluation of fiat currencies. so if this massive devaluation of the dollar takes place, an Iphone is going to cost 50,000 USD in 2021, so it will make sense that the valuation of apple is what it is today even with a slight decrease in sales.
I am in no way defending what is currently going on, but if the FED insist on keep on "printing" dollars that is pretty much a possible outcome. It's neither my point or suggestion to invest in the stock market I would rather buy anything with real scarcity, natural or artificial, such as silver or bitcoin or land or sugar (just to name a variety of examples)
