The NEW Kubota BX23s vs BX2380 Tractor Comparison: Overview of the features, options, & equipment!

- Compare the Kubota bx2380 vs the bx23s subcompact tractors. These are the latest designs in the BX family of tractors and very similar to the bx2680. See the LA344 swift tach front end loader and options like the skid steer quick attach bucket, 60" mower decks, BT603 back, a mechanical thumb, 3rd function remote for a grapple, bolt-on cutting edge. Standard equipment includes features such as cruise control, tilt steering, 12v convenience outlet, selectable two and four wheel drive, storage, cup holder, padded floormat, single point hydraulic connnection for the front end loader, folding ROPS, digital display, locking rear differential, mid and rear PTO, category 1 three point hitch, manual storage, a suspension seat with arm rests, and more!

Third function is a great thing . Wish all tractors would come with it from factory . Also rear remotes . When you buy a tractor almost guarantee you will want extra attachments for it . Nice looking kubota s . 👍
SJ you can add on rear remotes optional wich few dollars extra option wich the kubota dealer has rear remotes kits avaliable

If you had to choose between the Kubota BX2380, and the NH 25S set up as close as you coukd. Which would you pick?
Had the intention of a new BX but the local dealership and kubota credit doesn't want to work with you unless you really don't need the credit. So my experience was like sorry about your luck there's the door ! Catering to the well to do people kinda pick and choose your customers. Really disappointed in them so gonna look into maybe a blue or red or maybe even the other orange one hey there's even a green one !
I'm sure you'll find someone who'll be glad to finance you.
The Bx2380 has engine displacement of 54.8 cu.in. This seems lower than similar tractor. The John Deere 1025r is 77.2. That seems quite a difference. Even the Kioti CS2210 has engine displacement of 69. Does this mean that the Kubota isn't as powerful as the others.
Can you get the 3rd function on the bx2680 to use a snow blade with? If so do they make a quick attach snow blade to pop of the bucket slap it on and go?
Yes, I believe the bx23s in this video has that 3rd function option shown on it. Yes, they do make a quick attach snow blade. Not cheap though.
@@GoodWorksTractors just so you know, the previous guy asked about the BX 2680 not the BX 23. By the way nice explaining about the BX2380 with what seems like a total of 3 mins of talk time
@@wraith3951 they're the same tractor just the 23s is backhoe compatible. You can get those options for 2380.
If you want a backhoe on the 2380 the dealer will make you buy a Woods aftermarket backhoe with separate seat. Just asked two dealers today those exact questions.

How do you feel about wheel spacer on BX23S.
Use them if needed, at a certain point, you might not be able to fit the mower deck. Safety first in my opinion.
What size tiller is recommended on this size tractor.
Dealer was saying 4ft for 2380 and 5ft for the 23s since it puts out more flow.
whats the difference between the loaders 340, 344?
About 4kg of lift capacity.
I'm pretty sure there is a drive over deck. It's available in Oz.
Yes, the EZ drive over is an option. I've been told by several Kubota dealers that they sell very few and don't recommend them to their customers. I think that speaks for itself.
@@GoodWorksTractors My 2370 came from the dealer with drive over deck and quick connect already installed and it works great, I can put the deck on or off in under 2 minutes.

Backhoe cannot be added to the 2380. Requires a different frame.
Correct. If you want a backhoe on your BX, then you must buy a specific backhoe model like the BX23s, BX25, BX24, etc.
I bought a bx23 and dam thing has been in the shop more than at my property. Piece if CRAP
For what issues? How many hours? Is it a new model or did you buy it used? I bought one in June of 2020 and have 200 hrs of hard work on it with zero issues at all.
So the main difference here is one can have the backhoe and the other can't?
25s has more flow so you could have slightly larger implements.
Too bad Kubota won't give me one, I've been seeing that Kubota is giving them out to other channels along with a bunch of other tractor manufacturers, wish they would send one my way. I could do lots of publicity with one (or 2 as they gave one channel 2 kubota tractors with a handful of land pride attachments) cuz lots of other companies in our area and the general public watch what type of equipment I purchase/use. If u wanna say I'm one of the trend setters in the area. I could easily use a update from my b1700... a backhoe would even help more...

@@dngendron that isn't the point. The point is thst these companies give stuff away all the time but only the noticed get it. I've been doing this stuff longer than most of those guys who do get stuff but they get the handouts all thr time plus the fact that they already are makin mony out of the monetization factor., do they really need a handout, not saying I do need a hand out as I have always fended for myself but the principal of the fact is there. If I need something I'm not afraid to go and purchase it.
That kind of IS the entire point. They “give” them out to get their brand out to the public, through social media and CZcams channels. If you don’t have an audience, you don’t have advertising benefits to the company. Anyone can “say” they have tons of people. But there’s no metric to measure how efficient and effective their advertising dollars are being spent, without having the subscribers and views that guys like this guy does….
Camera movement is a killer on these types of videos. Won't watch in the future because of that reason.
