Best dad ever. Cool man
Thank you! I appreciate it!
I was like... ooh I need to see his dad skate setup, but wait. His bookshelf looks a lot like my bookshelf... wait... those are commentaries?! My man.
Awesome!
Hope she liked it
She loves it! Wants to take it everywhere!
Love it! That's the deck I ride, too. Where are you finding all these Andy boards???
Thanks! Right place at the right time, I guess.
They got big one now TGM Skateboards and powell got small one now
Skate one has all.u want. Always have. If havin trouble finding deck then your just not at right spot. Tip: Always go to direct connection. As in if want a powell deck then go to powell. Pretty simple. Only sayin this cause was gettin annoyed when so many people were sayin hard to get. Never were hard to get. I couldve bought several at any time. Still can. Note: skate one is powell
@@chris73brown I had to wait almost 3 months this board sells out fast everywhere online including powell website and skate one. It's the most popular deck on the market and for good reason too. The 9.13 is groundbreaking.
@@jasonmcelveen6295 👍. Maybe l was lookin right when got released. Skateone had several in stock in all his sizes. 👍
You put 58mm on this one but 56mm on the 9.13. Why the larger wheels on this one? Are you still liking 56mm on your board? I just got a deck of each and wanting to fine wheel size for the 9.13. Great videos by the way dude.
Here’s my thinking:
I normally ride 54mm. I wanted to try Spitfire because I’ve heard so many good things. Someone recommended that I start with the Classic shape because as it wears the ride pad gets wider. So I went with a couple sizes bigger to get more life out of it.
As for the smaller one, I picked those Bones wheels for my daughter. I got 58mm because she likes speed and I wanted them to last quite a while. I did some checking around before I bought them and I saw that others had used 58mm, so I went for it.
Hope this helps! I’m still learning and trying different things.
@@BrianLeverett I just built this 8.45 with 56mm its kinda squirley a bit but I did get skate park hardness and was trying it out in neighborhood. After testing it out my twin daughters started riding it. Might gift it to them to share for their Bday this weekend lol. Got the 9.13 coming this week still trying to figure out wheels and trucks for it.
That’s great! Mine was a little bit squirrelly-just slightly-and I tried to get used to it, but I ended up tightening the trucks a little bit and it’s fine now. I hope your daughters have a happy birthday! Let me know what you think about the 9.13 when you get it.
@@BrianLeverett I love the 9.13 gonna sell the smaller one it's wheelbase is to small for me and the deck to narrow. It does tricks nicely tho but one thing I did was to buy 53mm minilogos and threw them in the 9.13 and use those for skatepark and ricta clouds 57mm soft wheels for cruising.
For flare
Thank you for answering!
Trucks are 8.38 inches
You are correct!
@@BrianLeverett just installed yesterday on Heron 2 egg they ROCK had Indy 149 hollows had the worst feel had to go~!
@@zarlodious1 I used to only use Indys; now I’m definitely a fan of MiniLogo!
That's not how you tighten the wheel nuts! The wheel needs to be a bit loose.
No need to have it loose because the washers and spacers locks in on only the inner race of the bearings without binding the entire bearing eliminating the need to have it loose.
Hair dryer on grip tape next time.
It won’t mess it up? I’ll remember that. Thank you!
@@BrianLeverett very fast strokes. Hold it down a little more at the edges where you know your going to be cutting off anyways. Won’t cause any problems.
Appreciate it!
