MINIMUM TIME DIFFERENCE | PYTHON | LEETCODE # 539

In this video we are solving a simple Google Interview question: Minimum Time Difference.
This question is pretty straightforward except there's one slight edge case that we need to take care of that is easy to miss and can cause your solution to be incorrect if you don't properly account for it.
