I am South African Law student. Thought the legal contexts may be different, but I am certainly enjoying these lectures. I like the assertion on the fact that, in law, there is no right or wrong answer, but the application of relevant legal principles and the convincing argument thereon, that matters. Thanks indeed for the good work.

Simple and easy to understand . However, it kinda gets confusing at the cases part since mine are different.......Nevertheless on point.....got a contract law exam tomorrow and doing some brushing up.......thanks :D

i am student of law school . i think this is video help me.
if i forget to sign without prejudice can i still get out of being bound by a contract in cases whereby i may of been anywhere of all that i was signing to, for example terms and conditions are always changing and being updated etc! so i guess what im asking is how to best resolve issues?

An offer isn't defined with one person to another, it is one party to another. An offer can involve multiple people but only involves 2 parties but otherwise this was helpful

the spare bedroom example, may be wrong because that is done in the private. there is no private law on what you can do in the privacy of your house. public law = private law. what about a unconscionable contract.
