Can we say that Corporate Law is a branch of Commercial Law like Corporate Law is one of the specializations of Commercial Law??

According to thelawyerportal.com: "Commercial law is a broader practice that encompasses areas such as intellectual property, franchising and litigation whilst corporate law is specifically focused on companies." So yes, I think what you say is correct.
