    This mod is masterfully crafted, thank you for your dedication to us and the game! We got a God tier Dungeon Master writing better house rules than the finished game came with 😂

    I just got this mod and started a new save file. Just got weapon and space suit engineering unlocked. Can't wait to start researching for this mod. I'm hoping this mod will make Maelstroms worth using past level 10. So much 6.5mm ammo in the game and it's basically worthless once your level gets into the teens.

    Just wishful thinking on my part: just wish that you would modify this mod so that NG+ trips would not be required to craft the very best top tier weapon enhancements. I haven’t yet, nor do I ever plan to NG+, I would lose all of my unique and awesome ships; outposts; and millions of credits (although obtaining credits is a breeze now with the various mods available). I plan to remain in ‘Vanilla’ Starfield forever, as many others do also!

    Do I need to unlock Darkstar Proprietaries to add weapon perks? While I've unlocked selected Legendary perks (Instigating, Shattering, and Extended magazine),
    While I can add perks to my armor, helmet, and packs, the previous perks I cannot add to weapons. Love this mod! Thanks so much.
    I'm at lvl 184, not NG+
    This is my third edit of this message; I went back and READ the slate; I get it now!

    1:30 - The Vile Weapon Crafting bench converts a Ballistic weapon to a Particle Beam based Energy weapon.
    Can this bench also convert a Ballistic weapon to an EM weapon? Something like - making a Grendel do what a Novablast Disruptor can do. Is that possible?
    I think EM weapons are so poorly treated by the game, with such few options.
    If there is no such feature, I hope you can update the mod to be able to craft or upgrade or convert them EM weapons!

      No it can't. However, you CAN upgrade a Novablast Disruptor Mk.II high enough that it will 1-shot most NPCs into submission.

      @@magickaddict make one enhanced, then customize it. Base game Novablast doesn't have quality settings. I added them. So, it scales up to Relic now like other weapons modified by this mod. With legendaries on top of that, you can get one to ~700 damage. Coupled with Instigating, it'll hit for ~1400 on first strike. This may require the high end, end-game legendaries added by my mod for full effect, but even with standard legendaries it's a rather impressive weapon. I carry one on my character. I can show you in the live stream tonight if you like. 7pm EST.

    Just a question, won't every single weapon basically one-tap everything with these damage numbers? I'm not that high level yet so I don't know how crazy the enemy HP scaling gets lol.

      Not necessarily. But also, getting weapons that strong requires you to be high, high level.

      @@R.L.Parker.Gaming I been playing with this mod and the astro mod, they're both so cool man I'm really enjoying them. Only lvl 57 about to go into NG+ the first time, look forward to unlocking the really crazy stuff down the road.

    There's some weirdness going on and I dont know if its intended or not.
    Im level 120, so relic weapons drop all the time from enemies. But In order to add legendary effects I have to upgrade the weapon to MK2, which, in turn, resets its rarity and mod upgrades (like barrel, magazine, etc). Is this a bug or is it intented? If its intended the gain to upgrade a weapon to MK2 is non existant because the damage is still what the weapon, as a relic quality, had before being upgrade to MK2. This process just makes it so you lost a ton of resources.
    The only reason to upgrade weapons to mk2 is in order to make them Vile I guess?

      MK.ii weapons have higher base damage. Yes, you have to upgrade them to relic again if they are staying MK.ii. That allows customizing Legendaries. If energy weapon or Particle, it also allows adding Particle core amplifiers. If it's a ballistic weapon, you can hop through MK.ii and then on to MK.iii. This is not a bug. Crafting a MK.ii the workbench doesn't have the ability to keep quality & attached mods, so it always starts fresh.

      Those numbers are on a level 273+ character with maxed combat skills and 65 unity trips. Those numbers scale up from base game, and are not attainable before high level. They continue the power scale from base game using the same base algorithms Bethesda implemented. So, no, they are not imbalanced. If you feel the game gets too easy, run a difficulty scaling mod

      @@R.L.Parker.Gaming Oh I see now, I watched a couple of your videos, and all good stuff is gradually unlocked. Is Darkstar manufacturing compatible with royal combat overhaul? They both add missing tiers to weapons (advanced and superior) and distribute them to NPCs.

      ​@R.L.Parker.Gaming I downloaded the mod, got the inflator gear, upgraded them fully and the swords are not usable. Oh well 😅
      Would be nice if they were.
