I thought the same. Ellum was blackmailed but screamed "it's dumbdog" at the beginning of the meeting, which already ruined that round, but then koji used that info to shoot him which was doubly unfair. His response was valid
I thought the same thing. It doesn't feel like the same kind of situation as DumbDog was imp and this was when ellum accidentally outed DumbDog even though he was blackmailed. It was like insult to injury since he was go out either way

I feel like their settings for the imp roles are a little funky... the imp roles are supposed to be a BONUS tool for the imps to use, so why restict the escapist like that? 😅

Dumbdog spends too much time in the ChilledChaos lobbies: there they just throw around roles in the meetings and aren't actually trying to solve crime, but this lobby has a totally different dynamic

Yeah, it was one thing when he did it earlier on with the mod, when people hadn't spent much time getting to know the roles yet, but now that everyone should be able to understand the roles well enough, it's really annoying.
I used to like it because it helped out the imps who weren't experienced enough yet, but at this point, it should 100% be on the imps to figure it out themselves

Even if imps are PRETTY sure what the crew's role is, they aren't always confident enough to shoot it.

Hey Bait. I wasn't sure how to send a message, so I figured commenting on the most recent video might work. Steve will always be my favorite, but I was thinking that it could be funny to watch all the dk fails/tunnels or something like that. Maybe similar to your longer videos on DD getting sherriffed or Steve being voted out as crew. Anyway, thanks for the great videos :)

God, the toxicity towards DumbDog in these comments is NOT IT. You guys act like DumbDog calling out roles is a regular thing, when in reality it isn't. He rarely does this and he only does it to people like Steve or Ellum, who notably do not care and tend to find it funny. If you've watched this lobby, you'd know that DumbDog tends to just be like, "Oh, okay, I get it," and move on. And it's also not like he complains ALL of the time about his role getting outed, just when it's not done comedically or it's been a bad session of Among Us - which is completely fair. You guys just want to hate for no reason.
EDIT: For people who are like, "Oh, but it's annoying he said it so many times!" - they're friends. He's TRYING to get Steve assassinated. He knows what he's doing. If you find it annoying, who cares? No need to be toxic. Keep it to yourself.

@@AmongUsAcademy even if it doesn't janet is like spot on, dumbdog gets furious when someone's direct actions lead to him getting killed. i don't really know how well-versed the lobby is with the roles at the time of this stream but i think its not impossible that steve gets killed by hafu there anyways so it's not the end of the world but i definitely agree with janet LOL

The last time I remember DD being verbally frustrated or perhaps furious (in Among us at least) was the last time he played the Junk's Monday lobby.
Eh, I don't know. I see a lot of people hating on DD for outing Steve's role, but it might be the correct play? Confirming that Steve is a tracker and not an executioner (or just dumb) really helped the rest of the lobby vote Gumi out so early which they don't usually like to do. 1 for 1 as a crewmate is NOT a bad thing.
If I were the tracker in this situation, I would have outed my OWN role to ensure a killer is voted as well. I would definitely be annoyed if DD were revealing Steve's role for no reason, but in this case it helped vote the glitch out.
You've gotten a lot of criticism for it already, but this makes me think of when Ellum called out Kara being mayor foreeever ago during a game on 5 and everyone immediately was like OMG ELLUM WHY DID YOU SAY THAT. i cant remember the outcome, but i remember poor Ellum feeling soooo bad
truly wish dumbdog would stop calling out roles even if it's obvious. especially as crew. he's not as smart as he thinks he is because he only hurts crew by exposing them
Dumbdog's playstyle in these newer lobbies really ruins the vibe for me and this is a good example of that. Janet's totally right here too.
@@bluemontego8112 without getting too much into it, recently, there's been a noticeable vibe shift when DD is involved in various lobbies involving Steve/Ellum outside of this game vs. when Janet, DK, Gumi, etc. are there instead.

@@Anne-cj2nfI don't know how many people who consume his content from reuploaders actually watch his streams or his new VOD youtube channel, but he's been more negative and salty for the past few months for a couple of reasons and I think it shows up sometimes when he's in lobbies. The monopoly lobby from Monday is a good example and I think that's the first time in a while that I've seen the chat really be annoyed by him and call out how hypocritical he can be.
But also, he seems to be overly critical of games Steve and Ellum (and Janet and Baycon) enjoy, upset about his lack of opportunities that his friends have been receiving (sponsors), and generally upset at twitch for a couple of reasons (sub split being a core reason).

Janet has a good point except for this instance. It's Steve he outted. Steve doesn't give af.
This was also around the time where DD was intentionally trying to annoy Steve because Steve didn't want to play a game DD kept trying to push onto them.

That flashback was a horrible comparision. Ellum was freaking blackmailed and accused dumbdog. Abaolutely has every right to be pissed off at that instance..

The flashback was bad out of context . Ellum was blackmailed and still exposed dumbdog. Then koji killed dumbdog the same round using the knowledge, but if koiji didn't, he wouldn't really be able to use his power. So dumbdog was obviously upset for good reason

often dumbdog his crewmate role gets outed at 6 or 7, which is not always bad actually, but sometimes a bit risky.
