  • Skyrim Relaxing Music & Ambience this includes songs from Towns, Exploring, Taverns, Caves/Dungeons, plus the DLC's Dawnguard and Solstheim. Today marks the 10th year anniversary for Skyrim. It's one of my favorite games and the least I could do is make a video dedicated to the beauty, music, and sounds of Skyrim. Jeremy Soule has a way with music and Skyrim's soundtrack and ambience always leave me in wonder. I may have been to on the nose making the video 11 hours 11 minutes and 11 seconds long... haha well I'm a little crazy. Thank you for taking the time to watch and I truly hope this video can help you relax.

10 years ago Skyrim came out on 11/11/11. This video is a small dedication to the music, beauty, and ambience of this game. Side Note later on in the video when the songs start to repeat, I removed a few of the more intense/spookier ones. Anyway I hope this video can bring you some peace and help you relax :)

Thank you so much for creating these awesome videos for us Loopy Longplays, they really are mesmerizingly relaxing and even though I haven't been able to play for a few years now, this helps fulfill my longing for the play of the game and the nostalgia of it all.
I also wanted to ask if it was possible to incorporate some of the music pieces created by some of our CZcams stars like Lindsey and Peter and others into some of these videos just to give them a little edge, or would they be upset if you used their pieces which they re-created that are dedicated to the Elder Scrolls?

    Skyrim is my safe place.
Before I had anyone to help me, when I was alone, I could retreat to this world where I could be someone else, someone good that saved everyone (or not, depending on how I wanted to play).
This world made me forget about the struggles of real life if only for just a moment. And that effect, that very strong feeling of calm, peace and safety, I can still feel it today. It makes my anxiety go away.
    I love Skyrim.

2:08:52 I remember the first time I decided to actually spend time in a tavern. It was the Bannered Mare in Whiterun, and the bard was singing a tune as I walked by. It was an interesting tale, so I sat down to listen. I think I sat there for an hour, just soaking up the atmosphere and listening to the bard. That was the first time that I truly let myself get lost in the atmosphere of a game.

The music was a huge factor in that, it just has a way of getting at my feelings and I love it. Miss you Skyrim. I wish I could go back 12 years ago, and get ready for your release all over again. I think this game genuinely saved my life. In some of the darkest times in my teenage years, Skyrim gave me the possibility to have adventures and feel important, when no one else was giving me experience of that sort. This music always makes me feel at home, and at peace with myself and who I am. I don't know if I would still be alive if it wasn't for how well Skyrim treated me.

Not so much in Skyrim. But I do still love the game and play it through over and over again, making sure to do something different every time. (Trying to win with just a fork and necromancy this game. So far it's freaking hilarious). I'm a 60-year-old guy working at a university occasionally working from home. My kids play Skyrim on occasion--I haven't, and may never play it. That being said, I've tried all kinds of "focus" music to work by--smooth jazz (my personal favorite), classical, easy listening "elevator" music--you name it. These Skyrim pieces I stumbled upon today are among the best! Thanks!

I'm trying to get my 67 year old dad to play. It's pretty fun. It's really quite silly because it's not polished, so you'll get pretty entertaining physics bugs. But it's not hard to master, it's pretty smash and bash in terms of combat, so you'll master it easily. Your kids will love if you can play through at the same time. ;)

Instead of reading the fantasy book and imagining the places and events, you’re in the places, doing the events. Imagine if you could explore Oz in its entirety, go outside the bounds of the four corners of the screen, or the pages of the books. That’s what video games allow you to do.
I’m actually very surprised no one has done an open-world Oz game yet. It’s an entire country full of fantasy.

I've played Skyrim for such a big part of my life, I'd revisit some locations and remember important things that were happening in my life while I was playing around those areas. I remember the first Dwemer dungeon I cleared while my dad watched and the bench I sat on in Riften when I would do my homework in real life. Getting stoned after having played a nice 13 hours and just standing at Bard's Leap, or somewhere high in the Rift, in the plains of Whiterun or out on the frozen tundra nearby Winterhold, seeing all of these different colors and places that're all so familiar and welcoming.. Nothing beats that. No matter how many times I hear these songs, from the nighttime music, the cave ambiance, the streets of Whiterun, the tavern music and the sounds of the Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood family around you, it all feels right.
Playing this game is an all new adventure every single time, because I have a different experience for every character I create, but the one thing that stays the same is the appreciation of the sound.
Every little sound, the little details of how your armor sounds, your footsteps, the sounds of nature and the people milling around in towns and farms, it's all a tapestry of sound.
I love this game, more than anything else I've ever played, and I've probably spent 11 out of my 18 years on this planet dedicated to this game. It's just a huge part of me, and I just felt the need to share that.

Hello from Turkey. I am 26 years old.
6 years ago when i play skyrim first time i played maybe 20 or 30 hours max. I was like '' Okey this game cool but not to much maybe i can come back later.'' So delete it and didn't play since 2021. In 2021 I was broke up with my girl my life was miserable need to get out this world, my feelings, my thoughts with my head and body. So i install skyrim again keep play my old save thanks to steam cloud btw :D
When i start playing skyrim my brain suddenly said '' You are nobody out there and you have nothing to do to feel happy and peace.'' And that point Skyrim answered '' Come my boy! You are dragornborn. You have much to do and we need you!!'' Since then everyday i get up 9am to go to work cuz i have to and thinking about skyrim at work. I was like pls time hurry i want to go home and play skyrim i'm not belong here i dont want to stay here. When my shift ends in 6pm i literally run to my home and play 7 hours 8 hours skyrim everyday. After 1 or 2 month 350 hours played skyrim and nearly finished %100 with all DLC. Then i go to my house which i built near whiterun and sit next to my wife and said '' Thank you for everything thank you for a LIFE which pleases me and kept me going when i need it. Someday i will comeback when the real life hurts me again and started to think i cant go further. I will comeback to this life which waits me. Good bye for now my love.''
This is the story about me and skyrim :)
So after 1 years without skyrim somedays i think it calls me and i think i will comeback some day in near..
