Obviously this is not made for negative temperatures (cold weather), because we can just ski on snow then. In warm temperatures it is normal not to wear multiple layers of clothing. So what will happen to you if you fall while going fast?
probably not much. this is a flexible material. your face should be guarded by a helmet or a hat at least and you'd be cold if you didn't wear a hoodie at least so i guess you're protected to some degree at least.
Unless you ski in july/august it will not be too hot for a jacket in Denmark. Plus its close to the ocean so it will be windy almost all the time

you'll prolly get a rug burn on any exposed skin you slide on that and the impact is propably comparable to a bit icy groomed run
