The Kenworth K-100E Aerodyne is a modified "Tamiya Globe Liner"
I used to be into R/C cars big time in the early 90s, I even had a couple articles I wrote published in two of the magazines back in the day. But eventually I lost interest, but if I had know about this level of R/C I may have stay in the hobby. Great work.
Thanks..., I've been into RC since I was 12 (56 now) and I'm still not bored of it... I was big into 1/10 off-road buggies 1/10 touring cars in the 90s. I got the first 1/14 scale truck in 1993, which I still have, and 1/14 scale trucks seems to have taken off over the last 10 years or so.
Love the BJ&Bear truck, awesome
That looked like so much fun!! I WISH we did those in the US.....
it was great fun, it's good to have great friends who I trust to drive them whilst I film them 😁
We'll that sucks I was hoping I could buy one of those and you did a great job on making it look just like the movie one 👍
This is the coolest thing I have ever seen. I would have killed for a BJ & The Bear RC truck like that when I was kid.
Oh wow, im a real life trucker myself and this is a hobby that has sparked my interest! Love the truck models on display!
Awesome awesome
Just came across this video...cool video of one of the most famous iconic trucks of all time ...very cool Teri😊😊😊
😂😂😂 man I grew up watching that show... probably the reason I became a truck driver 🚛🚛🚛
It was the theme tune that really did it for me,
Nice........you drive like a Trucker
@@TheMUSICMAN197 I am a trucker 😁

Well done..good job from america.my half brother lives in coventry

Muito legal esse k100. Evitou fazendo uma réplica de um kenworth k100 da uma olhadinha amigo valeu
One of my favorite shows wish they had the season series on dvd.Do you sell these model trucks would love to buy the bj and the bear
I built it for myself, I never sell the trucks I build... :)
@@TeriWilde Id pay to have you build me one
Hey how do you get one of these trucks? Do you build them yourself? What price range with sound and everything?
you buy them from a Tamiya Stockist or search eBay for "Tamiya Truck"... most you see here are customised from the stock kits and to get one up and running with sound, lights, trailer and everything else you need to get it going; you'll be looking at a minimum of $1000...
Teri Wilde thank you
We're can I buy one of those at that was just one of my favorite truck driver show's
Dr
The trucks are all Tamiya 1/14 scale trucks which have been customised by the owners... obviously the K100 Aerodyne is mine and had a lot of custom work done... thanks for watching and see the other videos I've done with my movie trucks...
Is this product available for public purchase? Is there a website where I can purchase this or perhaps another "BJ and the Bear" replica?
It's custom built Tamiya Globe Liner...
Looks like there was plenty turned up
40 I think were counted on the layout... plus a few on the tables....
Teri, do you know where I can get a cheaper trailer please?
Liam Barrington
Bruder do a cheaper option low loader... or Tamiya do a scale 32' flat bed which could be extended... are you in any FB groups... this is a good one for information... facebook.com/groups/tamiyasemitrucks/
What scale are these? Just magnificent!
1/14 scale... search for Tamiya 1/14 Truck
How did you get this kit? Where can I buy1?
it's a Tamiya Globe Liner which has been extensively modified so it looks like a Kenworth K100 Aerodyne...
Is southwest RC truckers still going up in yate?
It's not at Yate anymore, it's now held at Saltford Hall, Saltford, Bristol. Of course, there are not meets at the moment due to the 'rona.
@@TeriWilde ideal. Thanks for the info. Are you guys happy for me to run my truck on your track for the day when the time is right? If so, could you contact me on the website page I just emailed? I wanted to know prices for me to attend singularly if possible as I am from Devon. Also, can I bring a mate and does he have to pay as well? Thank you for your help 👍
Was that a yes you can help?
@@thegooserider7245 hi, you are more than welcome to come and run your truck and bring your friend too, there a few from Devon and Cornwall... not sure what the cost is to run, I forgot... 😆
Gute Fahrzeuge.

+Teri Wilde, vielen Dank 👍
That truck is nice.every one have hobby .i like that truck is nice toy truck.how about toy tow truck like wheel life tow truck and flatbed truck.
SO WHERE CAN WE GET AN RC YANK-TANK OF OUR OWN? I SEE NO LINK. been trying to find an argosy for aalmost a decade and everyone seems ignorant and/or plain rude. An accurate scratch build is stretching it. Trailers I can do. Custom airbrushing too, even on that scale.
search Tamiya 1/14 Truck
If you paint the cab black, the windows purple, and the trailer in darkish silver with a purple strip, you'll have Motormaster from Transformers.
Then it wouldn't be BJ and the Bear
He's driving on the wrong side of the road lol
Lol
Holy Cow! My teddy bears would get ecstatic applying for jobs as truckers: www.travellingbears.dk!
paint scheme is a little off
Ronald Grassmyer
How so...?
look on cab where the red and white meet the meet at the bottom right corner of the left hand rail look up pics of the rig from the show and you will see what im talking about
handrails are to long just looked again myself the paint is fine
also ladder is all wrong too
So what....? I made it myself and I like it... and so do hundreds of other people... it was never going to be a 100% identical 1/14 scale replica of the real thing... if you really wanted to get Nick picking with details then you would notice that the headlights a twin Square not twin round and that the windows are completely different to a Kenworth K100E, and the stripes underneath the Windscreens tapir upwards rather than downwards like they do on the real thing. But like I said , it's my interpretation of one of my favourite TV trucks... :o)
