Aspyn is literally me telling a story or trying to explain something and Lauren is my husband asking me what am I even talking about. I know what I’m talking about but I don’t at the same time 😂
For your phone auto editing your pictures, if you go to your iPhone settings > photos > find where it says “view full HDR” and turn that off! That should stop the auto adjustment to your pictures! Hopefully that works 🫶🏼
Also for videos, if you go to settings > camera > record video - scroll down and turn off the HDR video option!

Aspyn!! For the auto edit turn on burst mode and hold the side button to take burst photos!! It’s the only way it doesn’t auto edit, it sucks because you can’t take Live Photos that way, but for the cute photos it works

I recently had my lips dissolved after 3 rounds of lip filler over 3 years. It was soo painless and I had very little bruising. I will definitely go back and get it done again but am waiting 3 months.

You can turn the auto edit off. Go to settings -> photos -> view full HDR and turn it off!
I think it’s a lot easier to get 10k steps if you live in a city. I live in NYC so I hit the 10k bc I walk everywhere vs drive.
I get a ton of steps in at home just taking care of my kiddos and doing basic household chores! ☺️

I would suggest combing or brushing the wax into your hair. I have curly hair and use a boar bristle brush with pomade to slick it back

For the iphone pics go to your camera settings and its called ProRaw or something. Also right before you take the picture there is an option in the corner that says Raw make sure it doesn’t have a slash through it.. i think that fixed the auto edit for me!
If you have the Live Photo on on your pictures you can go in and edit to select a different frame and it takes that weird brightness off
I use to work at a grocery store and did the online orders and I would walk minimum of 20,000 step a day. 😅😅
In Europe we tend to use cars less and walk to our destinations or before we get coffee with a friend we will walk around for a bit. You don't necessarily have to have it as a goal, but walking instead of driving and maybe just going for a short walk once a day for 15 mins adds up to your overall daily steps.
Aspyn could you share what activities you’re giving the girls these days? I’m at a loss for summer ideas and paw patrol is driving me crazy 😅
I also didn’t get a lot of steps when I only used my phone to track steps, but I recently got an Apple Watch (I know, not cute 😂) but now I regularly get around 8K steps a day when I only go on a 10 minute walk twice a day. All the inbetween steps really matter!
Also, if you turn live mode on iPhone, when you go into the photo to select which one you like, the auto edit is removed from every other photo.
If you do a burst on the iPhone it doesn’t automatically edit it!! Also you can turn off the auto filter as well 🙌🏽
lol if you do love space movies I recommend Solaris. It’s George Clooney and a little more slow/moody, but it’s my favorite movie. It also revolves around replicas/simulacra. My other fave sci fi movies are Upgrade and Ex Machina 😊

I have a desk job and walk during both my 15 min breaks as well as going to the furthest bathroom from me lol i typically hit 5,000 steps at work and then take a small afternoon walk to hit the other 5,000 . Makes it lot easier to hit lol

10:25 if you take the photos as a burst it wont do the auto edit thing and also your gallery becomes less messy cause you can just pick the photos you want at the end
I walk everyday on lunch that’s one of my routines, and at night I put a meditation on the tv to fall asleep to with the tv on a sleep timer. That’s one thing I’ve tried incorporating everyday

Between being a mom of 2 under 5/ solo parent/ work with pre k for a living I easily get 10 k to 13 k . We go outside 2x a day for an hour each so that helps.
