There’s an option when you’re setting up your new iPhone. It asks you if you want to transfer over all photos and contacts and apps and data etc. you can choose yes or no!
@@realjackeal Hey there. I’m having trouble. I just got my iPhone 15 Pro Max (had an 11 Pro Max w/ Mint) & it says on the Mint Mobile app my number’s been successfully transferred, but it hasn’t. It also won’t let me even sign into Mint to get a new eSIM. I’d post pics if I could.
@mgfunkera did you turn the iPhone 15 pro max off then on again? Also did you try downloading the Mint mobile app on your iPhone 15 pro max and following their instructions on the app? I think there was one step that was unusual to do but it transferred the number over! Like “request new eSIM” in the settings or something on the iPhone 15 mint mobile app. Could it be different Apple ID’s? Or different login info?
Cricket also made it super easy! I thought I had to go to a retail store since my brother did that 2 years ago, but I guess it was updated and much easier this time around
Does it transfer email, photos, apps, etc. automatically when transferring esim to new iPhone? I also have Mint.
