Sussex Uplift and Precept Figures

Sussex PCC Katy Bourne made a commitment to Sussex residents that she would restore local policing and the visible policing presence they found so reassuring.
Thanks to the Government’s Uplift programme Sussex Police now has an extra 429 police officers to strengthen neighbourhood and response teams alongside the extra 250 police officers funded by local taxpayers.

It is good that there are more police officers on the street if the police can keep the street drinkers off to seafront in Worthing and out of the town centre in Worthing especially in the summertime we might get more tourist coming toward them
