I’m so happy people are visiting us! 🇦🇱 Albania is expecting 10 Million tourists this year including me. I’m going in August for the first time and I can see my cousins there in the city.
Tirana is definitely worth more than 1 day. There’s so much to do there, and especially for digital nomads, that’s where they should live more than anywhere else.
For me, I just was not a big fan

With all due respect to this kid. There's a lot more about my country to explore most of all our ancient sites and history. Needless to mention our traditional food.
This is so true, but, unfortunately, people pine over things they already know and aren’t as open to learning about anything else. Some probably also don’t see Albania as relevant.

Lezha's Castle has a beautiful history and so does Tirana's Castle our Hero was SKENDERBEG

One peaceful, nice place in tirana is a neighbor hood i’d recommend, its prestigj at rruga panorama, there is a market there, a supermarket, then behind is 2 MORE that are really close, has 4-3 cafes, and much more,

You have to be one of the only ones that think Tirana is a pass through. Tirana is the Main attraction besides the southern portion of Albania which has the beaches.
Albania has much to offer. Great culture,people,food & more. Will stay there for a few months.

The Communists wiped out most of the old town, so it’s a “ modern “ city.
The towns of Himare and Sarande in the south are great to beaches.ideal for visiting Butrint UNESCO site.
Skhoder, apart from the castle is ordinary.
Take lake Komen ferry… definitely world class…
Berat and Gjirokaster UNESCO and superb.
