Well, you don't have to go to Africa, to get food poisoning. Recently I had the same experience but just in my home country the Netherlands. You vomit till you don't have nothing left in your stomage and at one point you can finally tolerate a sip of water again. The next couple of days I got red rash all over my body (galbulten) and was still below average, but recovery was slowly going it's way.

I BELIEVE AND PERCEIVE THAT THE UNITED STATES 🇺🇲 GOVERNMENT IS GOING TO CLOSE THE WINDOWS AND DOORS 🚪 OF PEOPLE LEAVING OUT OF UNITED STATES 🇺🇲.

I got food poisoning from sushi about 7 times it lasts me three days on average not too bad except nearly pooping my bed and really bad nausea and cramps didn’t throw up tho and I was sweating so bad I pooped like 3 times a day Diarrhea and I usually poop once every 5 days

When I was young I travelled to South America to visit friends. I was there for about 5 weeks and had food poisoning 3 times. Peru was the worst. I ate ‘antecuchos’ on the beach. (Look it up). I was so ill and weak from vomiting, I lost days of my vacation trying to get better. A lot of pain and nausea and diarrhea that took a long time to clear up. The 3rd and final event was in Cuzco. I don’t know what drek it was I ate but I was very ill with diarrhea on the train to Machu Pichu, I couldn’t sit in my seat I had to sit on the floor between the cars where the toilet was. When I arrived at this famous location, it was so peaceful there and I drank fluids and started to feel much better, thank God. But on our way back on that dreaded train ride, the nausea came back and by the time I reached Cuzco, I rushed as best I could without barfing to my hotel room. The moment I got to the bathroom, I was violently ill from both ends. My good friend said through the door, I guess you won’t be joining us for dinner then! I laugh about it now, but being ill in SA is awful. On a positive note I did arrive home in Toronto, deeply tanned and 20lbs lighter!!! 😂 I never returned to South America again after that ordeal! 🙄
