This does not seem to act like a stallion, he is so gentle and kind, so relaxed. Also, look at that mane! Absolutely gorgeous and so lovely.
You have such gentle, caring hands, every movement is efficient and non fussy, Emporio has calmed because you are a true horseman. I wish that your saddle pad had different sizes. Iâd really love one, but since I ride Icelandic horses Full is usually a bit too big, (it almost looks like a blanket on them) maybe at least Cob could be a size option for the next stock maybe? Or even both Cob and Pony since I bet there are a lot of young riders with ponies that adore your CZcams channel too and would love a saddle pad.
Just a suggestion, if it had the right size Iâd definitely buy.
Ammy Icelandic Horse here too. Iâm happy he has the halter in COB though ;)

Just a little hack and Iâm not trying to correct you, but itâs much easier and nicer if you brush a mane from bottom to top (still in downwards strokes) it helps so much when your horse has a knotty mane!
Can you do a Gym video where you show how you stay fit for riding? Really want to know how you maintain such a good physique!

@@libbydormouse318 was just about to say the same đ and not just riding! Taking care of the horses are also hard work. Mucking the stables, carry around shavings, hay and feed, going from one field to the other, keeping the stables and the fields clean, carry water buckets, stepping over cats.. đ

Sadly there have been several cases in which spanish horses were jugded worse than they actually were because judges prefer the big steps of a warmblood and not the high knees of the spanish breeds

One of the things I like be about your videos is that they demonstrate how much time, care and dare I say it money it takes to truly care for a horse. You have such a caring connection with all your horses, they are not just an animal you ride, they are so much more than that.

My late horse used to lift his feet too but I cannot believe that Matt actually picked them out into the bedding! I ALWAYS used a skip/small bucket.

(Emporio is SO GOOD! I can't even lead my lesson mare down an aisle with other horses, she doesn't tolerate other horses AT ALL, I forget he is a stallion, he is SO CHILL. Great job with him!)

I have to keep my Lusitano boy's naturally wavy mane in long braids all the time or it'll get knotted. It helps minimize hair loss, too. Next time I re-do his braids, I'll do the Emporio hair style. :)
My gelding has a thin ,medium length mane and I wanna try the Emporio style too ,even if he also has like no forelock because of how tiny it is

I wish my stable had lockers like that! We have common tack rooms and keep large trunks for everything else outside of our stalls.
oh my god Emporio is so adorable. His temperament and gorgeous eyes remind me of a sweet old lesson horse I learned to ride on. His name was George, he had actually competed very highly in dressage and was awesome to ride because he had so many different buttons (although this also made it a bit difficult to communicate with him while I was still learning, I'd put my leg in the wrong place and he'd do a beautiful flying change haha) Emporio is so relaxed for a young stallion, and he moves so beautifully too. Literally a fairytale horse, I'd love to meet him one day.
