Sit down and make a list of the most common questions and than answer them in a structured style: How to Run in the Rain, How to Prepare for a 10K, How to Prepare for a Marathon, How to Pick out the Right Shoe, How to Breath when you Run, Type of Food for Running,
Mitch Metzger YES. I agree. When you have an Olympic runner’s brain to pick I want something a little more in-depth than “concrete is harder on your joints than trails”
Something I learned. Breathing should also be consistent and with proper pacing. Personally I count 4 then the 5th one should be deep, thenr epeat. Try it
More questions: How/when to run through illness/injuries. How/when to run in inclement weather ice/triple digits. How to stay safe running in traffic/unknown areas. I started running at 37 and almost 51 now, one of my life's passions. The #1 mistake I see new runners making is this: Too Far, Too Fast, Too Soon-leading to overuse injuries like shin splints. Easily prevented through slow and steady mileage increase & taking days off. I love this series!!!! :)
@caseyneistat Ideas for this Series 1. Consult a coach for best running form. 2. Talk to an expert on what to look for in a running shoes. 3. Hear about how running has changed people's lives. 4. Common running mistakes from different perspectives (even ask medical professional who focuses on athletes) 5. Motivation/Accountability 6. What do people listen to while running. 7. Stories from those who have run extreme distances or through rough conditions @richroll I'd love for this Series to be about making people passionate and driven to not only try running, but to run better too.
I just switched from running at night to running in the morning . . . something magical clicked. It improves my ENTIRE day. Such a mood booster. I'm a terrible runner, but as long as I roll out of bed and get out there, I know it's going to be a good day.
The best way to breathe while running usually is shallow(ish) breathes, but honestly whatever feels natural will work. If you start to feel a cramp coming on definitely take shallow breathes, but act like you're slowly breathing through a straw when you breathe out. Prolong the exhale as long as you can with puckered lips. Hope this helps!
I go back to these running vlogs every now and then just to remind myself why I started running... that no matter how fast the world may move, I can run and move alongside it.
Its such a well cut piece! Editing magic. No shadow from the boost board whilst they are running. All the little clips added together in harmony. I like getting changed that way aswell. And then the story. The end goal. The q and a asking at the bench and answering on the run. This is passion in its purest form. Everything here is faultless. You are a good role model for millions of people and you handle your roll with outstanding form. Incredible!
the first answer from Casey was to sustain a run, ; for a beginner ;to build stamina; start a power walk, jog, run, sprint ; but never stop being consistent . I guess?
Man, Roberto is a natural presenter! I don't run much, but loved the episode and would tune in for a series. Who knows, I'll get inspired. I loved the advice of timing; starting at two minutes, then four etc. I think some more of these Q&A style series would be cool (think you and other creators answering questions about editing, filming scripting, starting a company etc. like the more specific questions that are generally not so much answered during the normal Q&A's). Keep it up. Cheers!
A series would work, next series what do you eat before a work out & why? What type of clothes/material/ brand you use & why? Is a morning run better than an afternoon run? Cleary...... the weather makes a difference, how does the running change your body in the winter? .... Yes, Casey endless questions... & many series of ideas for your tube channel.
I had to keep pausing the video to look at the reflection in Roberto's glasses and see how you were getting the smooth running shots! Looks like Dan with a Ronin-S riding on the back of your electric bike? :)
Casey, have you ever done a Spartan Ultra Beast? It's probably the most insane physical and psychological experience you can willingly submit yourself to... 50 km with obstacles up the wazoo... The best race is at Killington, Vermont, in September. I've done (and finished) the race four times. I'm proposing we do this is a collab. If this comment gets 1000 likes and a "heart" from you, we do it. I did it with my best buddy on year - 11+ hours start to finish. What say you?
Haha... The all-nighter (multiple all-nighters) are the deal-breaker for me on that. I NEVER do anything that requires an all-nighter. I can't function without sleep. Although I ever do sleep before the Ultra anyhow. lol [Edit] I actually have a buddy (the guy who got me into Spartan in the first place) who finished the Death Race. He also finished the Triple Anvil. He's not entirely human.
If I could give a piece of advice: let's say you do make this into a series, then make each episode focused on one one or two aspects of running this way the people who want to know something specific can find whatever video they need. If you keep making episodes like this where they're all over the place in terms of the topic, new runners seeking advice will have to dig through multiple episodes in an attempt to possibly find what they're looking for, and they may not even find it. Other than that, great work as always Casey, keep it up!
Danny Rivas I feel like it might be good for the joints and stuff if you ran somewhere like the beach, but I feel like it could really mess up your feet in other environments. Especially in the city you could step on a dirty needle or something.
I personally run in shoes designed to simulate running in your bare feet. They are made by Merrell and I love them. Great protection while still keeping the natural form typical running shoes take away.
If you’ve got good arch support, go for it. If you have flat feet like me, you need an absorbing arch support that shoes have or else your knees will get worse overtime
I've been running in minimal shoes (mostly vibram five fingers) for 10 years now. It's fantastic, but you need to be willing to change the way you run. Much higher cadence, forefoot landings, and strengthening your feet.. The book Chi Running helped a lot. As for flat feet, you can develop stronger feet! A friend started out flat-footed and developed arches.
*an opportunity to spend a little time with yourself and your thoughts, a chance to develop an increased self-awareness, the worries of the day slip away, great cure for stress.*
LOVE RUNNING AND I LOVED THIS. I hope you guys make it a series. Also, the editing was just so on point; so fresh and innovative- absolutely loved it from start to finish!
Zach Cohan even though that question goes to Casey and Roberto, I think the secret is that you live in hurting, every time, everyday. Haha. But there’s a little voice that just begs for that pain. I guess you just gotta embrace it.
Endurance training doesn't require recovery as long as it's not a performance ( he's not pushing his limits by running 10 miles). After a marathon ( wich is a endurance training ) you need recovery. Basically Intensity --> RECOVERY
"How good can I be?" LOVE that. Thumbs up on the running series idea. Try to make it mass appeal -- like this video. Running is a great metaphor for life and consequently the series can be a great platform for life advice, motivation, and inspiration.
I've been beating my chest with a wad of my shorts, hat, and shirt for 20 minutes and it's not working. Is my arm technique off or what? It's getting frustrating, please help.
Quniverse you have to hit your chest so hard at the last second that your body shifts instantly, and during that shift, your clothes change themselves. Took me over a month to get, but I got it, and it's super useful!
I ran for the first time in a long time today because of you and it about killed me... and I just got done hiking 300 miles in Spain!! More of these videos would be awesome Casey! You are truly an inspiration!
This was such a nice video thanks Casey!!! This is what I love about your channel: the variety of content; from unboxing to running tips to drone shots? This channel's got it all!
Series-YES PLEASE!!! Awesome & very helpful!! I’m hoping u guys do continue 2 make this a series-U could even make a vid once a month (or so) with Q&A/tips/tricks/running tech/products & gadgets/preventing injury/injury recovery+rehab/guests-basically all things running! Maybe (1 of the 1st) original “368 production”?- a monthly “The Casey & Roberto Running Show”???
Baze Trix I kind of have to agree with you on that I’ve gotten bored a few times with Netflix specially when the have certain tv shows that only have a couple seasons when there’s a lot more seasons of it to go then what they already have.
It’s so sick that Casey’s into running, it definitely helps the sport to have a huge youtuber living the lifestyle! Infact, Casey was at one of my state’s XC invitationals back in 2015 but I didn’t get to meet him sadly. Still, maybe one day we will run too! 😂🏃🏻♂️
I am on a weight loss journey, lost 18 pounds already, 21 pound left. I am super keen on starting to run and I hope you'll continue making a series. What I would personally like to see in the next episode is a little starting routine for beginners?
So, I'm a big guy at 6' 3" 380 lbs. People tell me I shouldn't run, I'll hurt my knees and/or feet. But they also told Casey that he shouldn't run either and like me, he called bull$ht on it. My goal is to run a half marathon in January of 2020. I'm trying to lose weight, so that its less dangerous. Besides that, what other ways can I reduce the chances of injury and keep running?!
Casey - Awesome Vlog, Yes please make this into a series. I've ran 10 Marathons and no one ever told me not to stretch before starting until an Olympic athlete mentions it here. So it was very helpful + motivated me to go for a short run even though today is recovery day :)
SDG Danny Not, when Casey is doing it. He basically needs a guy driving the electric bike, one to operate his Canon camera and at least an olympic runner. If someone else is available, he or she would be the fifth person, then in charge for controlling the drone 🤣 Just joking, but regarding this video it‘s true
I get bored running ... what is the best way to stop this feeling. When I see people running I wish that was me running! 😛 But when I get my running shoes on my whole body freaking hurts! You guys make it look easy ! Thanks for this!
It's Nacho Cheese yes music like EDC or some times motivational speakers like Les brown. I guess I just have to start slow and work my way up to 2- 3 miles. I've noticed after 3 miles I get heel aches or plantar fasciitis I'm in my late 30s and you start feeling every part of your body fall apart. Any suggestions on new music for this ole man?
Find some good podcasts! I personally like Lewis Howes School of Greatness but you can find a podcast on anything and it’ll keep your attraction while you go. The pain will be there for a bit until your body gets use to it but don’t give up! If you do have pain in specific areas it could be your shoes or the surface you run on and maybe track/ trail running would be better for your body. Hope this helps! :)
Another important thing is that Casey doesn’t drink alcohol. He doesn’t talk about it often, but I think it’s an important contributor to his success as a long distance runner.
Great video! I love running and as you told, running is so pure and makes happy. I get my motivation from my Dalmatian who always joins me. I‘m a half marathon runner from Germany. With best regards, Stefan
I love running I’m on a track team and it’s the most fun I’ve ever had in my life. I enjoy long distance like you Casey and I run for a similar reason mostly just to forget about my problems and focus on my one objective, getting to my destination/getting to the finish line. Running is what keeps me going every day. Thanks for being an even bigger motivator and inspiration I’m only a sophomore in high school so I’ve got quite a lot of running in my future and this series would help a bit.
Casey, I've noticed you tend to overpronate but you're always in a neutral shoe. Just curious if that's just what works best or whether you don't believe in support/stability shoes and that sort of thing. I overpronate like crazy but the only thing that feels good right now is the Brooks Ghost. Cheers!
I keep watching this over and over, I'm about to go on a quick run just for school, but I just really wanted to re-watch this video to remind me of why you guys run, and some inspiring tips on running. ☺ thanks Casey and Roberto.
I do actually put a period in between L.A. See? I just did it again. I do it to prevent confusion between Louisiana and Los Angeles, since state abbreviations in fact do NOT use punctuation.
Making Skidmarks You are correct for the most part. The ISO and ANSI standard abbreviation for Louisiana is LA (no period). However, the AP stylebook and the US Government Printing Office use La. with the period. So, putting the periods in for Los Angeles to avoid confusion is probably OK, but I'd have to run it by Elijah to make sure.
When I first started running long distance I hated it in middle school I wanted to be a sprinter but they already had enough people. Actually glad that I got kinda over being a sprinter running long distance overall came in handy since I played multiple sports.
If you're having a lot of trouble breathing, slow down for a little bit then gradually work back up to that speed. Personally I always try to run at a speed where I can breath comfortably.
I have found that if I breathe to a beat that matches my footfalls it helps for me to keep my pace. (Step, step, inhale, step, exhale, step, step, inhale, etc) I’m not a professional and obviously I don’t stick to this all the time but it helps to set my pace and keep my breath even and steady.
Casey, you appear to have a different running technique than Roberto: you land first on your heel and Roberto lands first on his forefoot. Do you also get different injuries?
i had dan sitting backwards on an electric bike that sam was driving with a canon 5D on a Ronin S
damn
CaseyNeistat
You missed one important question that needs to be answered. What’s the best way to control your breathing during long distance?
For Next episode in series,
wear the old 368 suit
Hi Casey I love your vids give a shout pls
CaseyNeistat PLZ Put a FIRE POLE in the crow's nest at 368!! Plz!!
I LOVE YOU MAN!!!
Keep üploading!!
Series for sure.
Love how much happiness and passion there was shining through Casey in this episode. _It’s so cool to watch people talk about their passions_
"stretching cold is never good for you" well I guess I've been doing it wrong this whole time thanks for the great pointer guys!
love this ! Keep it up and post more running vids !!
OMG I really love new intro. If you don't know and want to learn how to make something like that there is a video on my channel so let me know.
Akillheals, they say, keep it simple but Casey carry camera equipments and a Droids.
Sit down and make a list of the most common questions and than answer them in a structured style: How to Run in the Rain, How to Prepare for a 10K, How to Prepare for a Marathon, How to Pick out the Right Shoe, How to Breath when you Run, Type of Food for Running,

when i run in the rain i just run how i normaly would with out a shirt
"I run 70 miles a week". I guess that means he has a lot of problems 😂
You can slowly increase you mileage count overtime
Nathan Lazarus That's not too much
Eric Khan 10 miles a week okay 😂😂
MEH MEH that's honestly a good amount not too much
Yeah that’s not too much I’m in high school and I run 50-55 miles a week sooooo
Sooo, it's 2019 and it's still a one-episode-series... :(
Casey has gone completely off the grid
2020 now
Still waiting
Still waiting..
Still waiting
@caseyneistat
Ideas for this Series
1. Consult a coach for best running form.
2. Talk to an expert on what to look for in a running shoes.
3. Hear about how running has changed people's lives.
4. Common running mistakes from different perspectives (even ask medical professional who focuses on athletes)
5. Motivation/Accountability
6. What do people listen to while running.
7. Stories from those who have run extreme distances or through rough conditions @richroll
I'd love for this Series to be about making people passionate and driven to not only try running, but to run better too.
You could consult an athlete-focused doctor on common mistakes that lead to injury
I just switched from running at night to running in the morning . . . something magical clicked. It improves my ENTIRE day. Such a mood booster. I'm a terrible runner, but as long as I roll out of bed and get out there, I know it's going to be a good day.
Yes Casey this should be a series! So, how do you breathe when you run? Serious question, asking for a friend.....
What helped me was not to over think it, just do it
2 short breaths in 2 short breaths out of you focus on that you can kinda zone out, helps me run longer atleast
Hope this helps!
i keep with 3:3 until that gets tough and then go to 2:2 and 1:2 for my kick
I would say how to you talk when you run fasr
I go back to these running vlogs every now and then just to remind myself why I started running... that no matter how fast the world may move, I can run and move alongside it.
I see Casey running in his videos all the time but for some reason this one made me want to get back into running!!
same here
Leave it to Dan to ride a bike during a running video 😂
Robert Roy I think it was Sam, not Dan filming. That would explain why Sam's channel was promoted at the end.
Jonathan Gillespie I think Sam did ride the bike and Dan was sitting backsided on it and filming.
In the description it says both Dan and Sam helped with filming
It would be amazing to run backwards ahead of these guys while filming...lol
Robert Roy Ride a bike that’s using electricity 😂
*Your leg is touching my leg.*
*Thought Roberto was gonna say 'don't fight it just let it happen'.*
that made me chuckle
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. just let it happen
casey's latent homophobia really made me chuckle
Rach Kate That reminds me of the Jelly Bean rapist scene from Rick and Morty
Casey was actually afraid of catching gayness. When a simple leg touch destroys a mans masculinity
Incredible!
As runner, I loved it today.... Pls do the series
(particularly loved Roberto's class running)
I would def watch if this was a series, more roberto
What are your thoughts about sprinting versus long distance jogging?
the first answer from Casey was to sustain a run, ; for a beginner ;to build stamina; start a power walk, jog, run, sprint ; but never stop being consistent . I guess?
long distance jogging wins
Interval training is a really great way to build speed and endurance
Depends what you're looking to accomplish, but mixing it up is always a good idea.
Keep it up. Cheers!
I like to imagine during the running sequences that the camera is being held by someone who is just otherworldly at backpedaling
Your Peeps it was dan on a bike probably haha
A series would work, next series what do you eat before a work out & why? What type of clothes/material/ brand you use & why? Is a morning run better than an afternoon run? Cleary...... the weather makes a difference, how does the running change your body in the winter? .... Yes, Casey endless questions... & many series of ideas for your tube channel.
I had to keep pausing the video to look at the reflection in Roberto's glasses and see how you were getting the smooth running shots! Looks like Dan with a Ronin-S riding on the back of your electric bike? :)
how did that camera man run backwards ??? xD
I guess it was Sam
let me go back and rewatch
I need to know the answer to this question as well
My guess is two people on the 73, dan with the Ronin-S and Sam driving or vise versa?
“This should be a series” ... aaaaand it’s over.
Or if THAT isn’t enough you can do the spartan death race! (That’s a hard pass from me)
He's not entirely human.
that's not running boss
casey would pass fosho
Trackster It’s 50 km of trail running… Plus barbed wire crawls… plus 7 foot walls… Plus sandbag carries! It’s running on steroids! 😂
I'm not saying it's not hard but runners don't like that other stuff in races, it's just different preferences
This can be easily remedied by appropriately titling the 'thumb nails'.
Really good point
You can tell Casey loved making this video. More to come on running I hope.
Javier Medina I hope so!
2020 I really miss “movies” like this
Video, not movie
Casey an Roberto what you guys think about Natural Running (bare foot)?
Danny Rivas I feel like it might be good for the joints and stuff if you ran somewhere like the beach, but I feel like it could really mess up your feet in other environments. Especially in the city you could step on a dirty needle or something.
I personally run in shoes designed to simulate running in your bare feet. They are made by Merrell and I love them. Great protection while still keeping the natural form typical running shoes take away.
If you’ve got good arch support, go for it. If you have flat feet like me, you need an absorbing arch support that shoes have or else your knees will get worse overtime

Much higher cadence, forefoot landings, and strengthening your feet.. The book Chi Running helped a lot. As for flat feet, you can develop stronger feet! A friend started out flat-footed and developed arches.
i recommend the book Born to Run
*an opportunity to spend a little time with yourself and your thoughts, a chance to develop an increased self-awareness, the worries of the day slip away, great cure for stress.*
Gonna start running...................tomorrow
PULKIT BARWAL amen. Been saying that for 20 years myself :)
I just started a few months ago and love it!
Bruhh start right now, I did and I can't stooppp
Pulkit come back here after a year for a meltdown
TOMORROW is ALWAYS the best day to do anything!
LOVE RUNNING AND I LOVED THIS. I hope you guys make it a series. Also, the editing was just so on point; so fresh and innovative- absolutely loved it from start to finish!
What an opening, wow! Beautiful. "Those are participation medals, you know. Everybody gets them. " 😂😂😂
Casey's movies on running is so HYPE!
Hmm
New intro looks lit bru!
Yes
Casey you definitely need to get Roberto back over and continue this series!! Has so much potential and makes for great content!!
Do More ;)
MAKE IT A SERIES!!!! How do you recover so quickly/how are you able to run 10 miles after running 10 miles the day before?
Running is a great metaphor for life and consequently the series can be a great platform for life advice, motivation, and inspiration.
fresh baked!
So glad I know how to change into my running clothes now 😅
Great video! Love your guest! Very inspiring
This format has potential. Like Comedians in cars drinking coffee.'
In this weeks episode, Casey runs the length of the Manhattan with Betty White'
I've been beating my chest with a wad of my shorts, hat, and shirt for 20 minutes and it's not working.
Is my arm technique off or what?
It's getting frustrating, please help.
Quniverse you have to hit your chest so hard at the last second that your body shifts instantly, and during that shift, your clothes change themselves. Took me over a month to get, but I got it, and it's super useful!
Try jumping while doing it
Try running into a wall it'll also make you teleport to the other side.
Casey, you should call those your 'Runday Funday' series.
😂😂 Great idea
*Hope Casey sees this! Lets get him to 1000k likes*
His audience isn't 10
I ran for the first time in a long time today because of you and it about killed me... and I just got done hiking 300 miles in Spain!! More of these videos would be awesome Casey! You are truly an inspiration!
YES WE NEED A SERIES
Where's the 360 shot you took for the intro ?
Neelay Bharani i think it was for the techreview thursday or something
Neelay Bharani , it was a same day sampler platter. Real edits may take days, weeks, or the Nike FitBit Global Run Video = Months of Editing.
This was such a nice video thanks Casey!!! This is what I love about your channel: the variety of content; from unboxing to running tips to drone shots? This channel's got it all!
502 kicker i fully agree, such a nice video
TRAVEL LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY thanks mate! :)
Casey pumping out videos like Netflix! I can barely do one a week 🤣
lol
😂😂
Netflix does not pump out that many show a month. after a year of using Netflix it becomes so *dead*
Baze Trix I kind of have to agree with you on that I’ve gotten bored a few times with Netflix specially when the have certain tv shows that only have a couple seasons when there’s a lot more seasons of it to go then what they already have.
I agree; luckily I have my brothers HBO login haha
I run for 30 seconds and I’m over it. Lol
Amber Rose Oatman same
That so me
It’s so sick that Casey’s into running, it definitely helps the sport to have a huge youtuber living the lifestyle! Infact, Casey was at one of my state’s XC invitationals back in 2015 but I didn’t get to meet him sadly. Still, maybe one day we will run too! 😂🏃🏻♂️
I think I saw you at the Nintendo nyc store
Eyy I know you, I totally agree as a runner for XC as well as TF. Especially XC, running doesn't get a huge amount of support in mainstream media.
I am on a weight loss journey, lost 18 pounds already, 21 pound left. I am super keen on starting to run and I hope you'll continue making a series. What I would personally like to see in the next episode is a little starting routine for beginners?

Jamie Moreland Take care of your diet and choose good shoes , avoid running on roads for a long time
my opinion 👍
Jamie Moreland don’t be ashamed to start with walking. It works your heart and lungs in the same way, just a lower intensity
Jamie Moreland start with an elliptical machine, it's easier on the joints but you can build the same motion. That's how I started my weight loss
Stationary bikes or normal bikes are great, also swimming
Nearly fell off my chair when I saw Roberts’s times... 🤭
Sonata Kay He is an Olympian
Andrew Bartlett I know, it’s in the title ;)
They run fast Sonata, that’s how they become Olympians
I run to the fridge.
Adnan A , We have that Restaraunt too!
Don’t forget the run back
I run to my bed...
legend
Casey - Awesome Vlog, Yes please make this into a series. I've ran 10 Marathons and no one ever told me not to stretch before starting until an Olympic athlete mentions it here. So it was very helpful + motivated me to go for a short run even though today is recovery day :)
that new intro though! ;-)))
Yeah
danz beard agrees Dan
Alltta
I'd finish the video but, I'm going running!! Hahaha great video
Series sounds awesome. I’d totally watch. Love to run. Do a trail run, downtown run, start with a treadmill run as a joke. Keep it up!
Benjamin Gooder series for running is going to be so amazing
Great job doing Q+A while running. Clever idea for a series, plus you burn some calories and get all sorts of other health benefits. 💪🏼💯
John Basedow casey runs every day
I always tell myself I'm gonna run... but then I decide to just watch videos of Casey running instead
lol
WHO ELSE IS EARLY TO THE PARTY 🎉!!!!!
yea
Me
Me!
I think I'm a little late. I was driving in my car when I got the notification. Waiting all morning for it.
Yeah!
"Running is pure"
That's sooo good
SDG Danny Not, when Casey is doing it. He basically needs a guy driving the electric bike, one to operate his Canon camera and at least an olympic runner. If someone else is available, he or she would be the fifth person, then in charge for controlling the drone 🤣 Just joking, but regarding this video it‘s true
You are hands down AMAZING and the fact that you were the only person to talk some sense into fouseytube just shows how special you are.!!!!
I get bored running ... what is the best way to stop this feeling. When I see people running I wish that was me running! 😛 But when I get my running shoes on my whole body freaking hurts! You guys make it look easy ! Thanks for this!
A Jrizzle You tried listening to music while you run?
It's Nacho Cheese yes music like EDC or some times motivational speakers like Les brown. I guess I just have to start slow and work my way up to 2- 3 miles. I've noticed after 3 miles I get heel aches or plantar fasciitis I'm in my late 30s and you start feeling every part of your body fall apart. Any suggestions on new music for this ole man?
You could look at some running playlists here on CZcams or Spotify. They're usually very good although it does depend on your taste
It's Nacho Cheese will do thank you for that!!! Much appreciate your help!
Not even 10 seconds into the video and you know its gonna be good !!
Another important thing is that Casey doesn’t drink alcohol. He doesn’t talk about it often, but I think it’s an important contributor to his success as a long distance runner.
I wonder what that is like? haha
I'm faster than Casey and I'm fairly sauced right now
This will be a FANTASTIC series!! Please make more!
Definitely going for a run tomorrow
Honestly, I was debating between going to lift and running, but I guess I'm going for a run now!
I really like biking, I run dumb 😂 so that's what I'll be doing.
Great video! I love running and as you told, running is so pure and makes happy. I get my motivation from my Dalmatian who always joins me. I‘m a half marathon runner from Germany. With best regards, Stefan
Respect for the person that filmed this
Yes please!A series would be very much appreciated
I think one of the best things i get from Casey is the motivation to run and be more consisting about things that should be done.
MrMojoRisinn you can do it- subscribe to my podcast sponsored by these guys and we will do it together!!
Dan the Man IS 368.
What a bru he is. Keep smacking it!!
Here is a question: "What is a running goal that you still want to accomplish?"
Intro is like 🔥
I was wondering who were doing those great backward shots. Sam's such a sport
beingarealballa hhaha, i know, if you look into caseys glasses you’ll see dan
cause Dan is such a sport, too
Yes! I would like to see behind the scenes movies.
Paul Jeffries I know, someone needs to film dan who is filming a behind the scenes video
Stop thinking about it. Tomorrow is where dreams die. Just. Run.
Running from the police has improved my health.
kriston neitzert you can do it- subscribe to my podcast sponsored by these guys and we will do it together!!
Anyone else that looked for the 360 view of Casey in the intro?
Hype Maxi i did, i was looking for that shot too, i wonder why they didnt use it
@Exalt I know right? Was a little excited about seeing that part..
I’ve been waiting for this for so long! Thanks!
I ran...
Out of ice cream. 100 degrees in L.A., I need my A/C and frozen treats.
Making Skidmarks you don’t put a period in between LA
Making Skidmarks. He's right. I checked it on Free Dictionary. You're good with the slash for A/C. though.
I do actually put a period in between L.A. See? I just did it again. I do it to prevent confusion between Louisiana and Los Angeles, since state abbreviations in fact do NOT use punctuation.
Making Skidmarks like the guy just said above, you don’t put periods in between. It’s not my fault if you want to try and argue with facts!😂😂
That dope intro ❤️❤️
Yes I love this. Please make a series. How about talking about the benefits of running alongside the presumptive negatives?
Nice intro!
Justin Y. Fuck you
ofcourse you are here
Did you see the previous video about how he made it?
lol i always see your comments xD
Love that new intro
Breathing techniques?
M A if your breathing is shaky and raspy when you start, that’s normal and it will get better around mile 1 or 2.
In-out.....repeat when necessary. That’s how I roll.
Thank You, Roberto & Casey, for this. I started running two years ago b/c of your first run video. I enjoy this alot.
What is the best way to breathe while running ?
Hi
loving the new intro!
Running 30 miles in one run! That seems insane to me that any person can do that.
Hi guys! Yes, series please! Motivation is key to running, so having a positive influence and encouragement will be a joy!
Series. Please. Okay I’m gonna go run
Casey, you appear to have a different running technique than Roberto: you land first on your heel and Roberto lands first on his forefoot. Do you also get different injuries?
Loving this intro man!
Yes, more please! Would love a running series.
