This video is just the push I needed. I’ve been watching your videos since I was 15/16. Every vlog was a moment in my day I would turn off those who were around me and I’d focus on your videos. The past 2 years have been the toughest of my life. I’ve battled the thoughts that tried to bring me down or end me all together. The past week I finally started working on my self. This morning I got up at 8:15 to go to the gym, only 50 minutes but hey, baby steps. If it took you 24 marathons I don’t have to do it in a week. Thank you Casey for your inspiration and the continuous sharing of you journey the past decade. You’re a true inspiration and a true idol for me.

Judging from the xrays shown it looked like a pretty simple fracture it didn't look like it was comminuted, I'm not sure what possesed the ortho to say that he will never run agin. I've seen much worse go on to recover and regain over 90% in functionality.

Man, this literally made me cry. I'm out here on the worst day of training for a marathon, it was raining, I didn't meet my daily goal, I was slow and I was cursing every moment of it. "if it's easy everyone would do it - literally no one cares but you", those words touched a nerve. Thank you for the video. I'm going to get back out there now.

Running my first marathon tomorrow. This video has been an inspiration for me
You gotta be f kidding me! Man, you inspired me to run like 6-7 years ago. And I used to run like 5km every other day or something for couple of months. My goal was to run a marathon but I started to college, my life become a total mess and I couldn't continue running for a long time. Instead, I lifted and got ripped and stuff but that marathon goal stuck in me. I used to watch your videos all the time I was really young at that time. My life was terrible for like 2 years, dealing with many problems right now, trying to work things out, working really hard to get somewhere.I just started to code, becoming more financially stable, working for a master degree and after 6 years, like 2 weeks ago I got back on running. And I am focused more than ever!. Running 10km every other day for 2 weeks now. My goal is to be able run a marathon under 4 hour. Yesterday, I hurt my back really bad while running, was feeling really down today and I saw your video!!! It was really inspirational and it hit me just in the right time.. Thanks for the inspiration Casey! and that sisyphus thing, that's for LIFE man, it never ends!! haha! SO, KEEP RUNNING!!
