I have 4 dogs and just started making their food a couple of months ago. I do season their food-turmeric, oregano, rosemary, and a bit of pepper. I also add a bit of coconut oil. And I parcook all organ meats that tend to be on the cheaper side too. They love it! My boyfriend calls it "puppy porridge." 😊
Tiffany I don't blame you for making Fellas food. It's much safer then what you buy in the stores. So much dog food has been on recall, really can't trust any dog food companies. Thank you for showing what Fella eats. Happy Thanksgiving

Thanks for the video, it’s so much healthier than regular dog food which is mostly all toxic for dogs. People really need to read the ingredients that they are feeding their dogs. We are killing our pets buying that trash. It’s so good to feed them like we feed ourselves. Loved this video and your fella is soooo cute…❤
Homemade is the way to go! My dog is the same, once she had homemade she didn’t go back. I mix a little of the refrigerated Fresh Pet dog food into her homemade food for added nutrients or sometimes buy beef broth at the pet store to splash into her food. Fella is good, mine doesn’t like veges so I have to put them in the food processor so she’ll eat everything.
I make my dogs food too. She has allot w allergies and can’t have anything but meat and usually lentils. Her paw pads and ears get infected if she has starch or sugar!! I usually do ground chicken or turkey. Once in a while I use ground beef ❤
I would love to cook for my dog.My vet said it isn't as easy as just cooking meat and veggies; the nutrients need to be balanced and a supplement is needed.It's discouraging. He doesn't like kibble so I add to it.

We made the switch too though we still add some crunchy food in with it(a good brand) Oh, and frozen veggies work great🌸 Also, watch out for the broths, there is onion and spices in them and not good for dogs especially the onion... just a friendly tip🌸 Wish my hair grew as fast as yours has, takes mine forever to grow
Hi Tiffany. I've been thinking about making my dogs meals for about a year now. He eats Fresh Pet, and he loves it, but it is expensive. I buy the dried apples and bananas from DT for his treats and he loves those too. They are dried but they are so soft they melt in the mouth so it is good for my dog since he has only 6 teeth! DT also has "confetti cookies" for dogs that have all natural ingredients that he gets as treats too. Stay away from any treats like rawhide, pupperoni, carry outs, milk bones, anything that lists meat by products, meal, corn. None of those ingredients are good for dogs. My dog gets an egg a week too. And he loves fish, especially salmon. Whenever I have tuna I will sometimes put a little tuna juice on his food, he loves it. TFS Tiffany. Have a great Thanksgiving🦃

I make my dogs food the same way, but I usually just use canned potatoes, and that way, I already have them on hand, and they don't go bad. I don't put fruit or eggs in my dogs food, but I really should add eggs because I'm sure she would love that. I also use beef when it's on sale! Lol! Becareful with broth because a lot of it contains onions or onion powder, and dogs can't have onions. Happy Thanksgiving, Tiffany!

I would love to make my dogs food. One of my dogs has allergies to many foods. I tried to give them ground turkey on their kibble but one of them threw it up. The protein in their kibble is lamb. I do give them no salt green beans instead of canned, but I like the idea of canned carrots and sweet potatoes, so I'll incorporate that in with the green beans and reduce the kibble. Love your videos!
Try adding spinach to the food. It's good for them. Also when I made my dog's food before he passed I used brown rice instead of white. It's better for them.

You look beautiful. I mostly make my Calis food too, mix some kibble in too though, cuz my baby dogtghter is 90 lbs and needs the extra nutrients that come in specialized dog food❤❤. She loves fresh frozen green beans and blueberries. lol. I have talked to her vet and asked what extra human foods I can add that are safe and helpful to her. If Fella loves your food and his vet is agreeing, that’s awesome ❤
I always add turmeric powder and a spoon of coconut oil to the mix. Kale and spinach are also very good. My husky is very picky with canned and dry dog food but she loves her homemade food.
tiffany, have you ever looked into feeding your cats homeade food? cats are carnivores and need a high meat diet. dry foods are full of carbohydrates. that would fun to watch you make! love these videos of you cooking

Kibble is over cooked, “dead” food. Who knows what ingredients.🤷🏻♀️ Dollar General often has their NO SALT, canned veggies on sale 2/$1. That’s a pretty big helping for such a little pupper!🙀 Fella’s such a gentle, neat eater.🐶💖

I just wasn’t sure if the Turkey ground. was completely safe.. I know regular ground beef is.. Do You leave the skins on Your sweet potatoes and apples.. I couldn’t see if You had peeled those or not.. I wanna Tysm for sharing this.. My Boxer will be 12 in March and she has a hard time eating kibble.. She really doesn’t care for it.. My son paid almost $60 for less than a twenty pound bag of dog food.. I hafta to add hot water to it and either microwave it or let in sit for at least an hour before feeding her.. And 90% of the time I’m buying her canned dog food.. I thought about making her dog food before.. But just never did.. She’s very finicky.. But I’m definitely going to make what You make Bella.. The thing with turkey is that a little bite now and then is ok, a little! But it can cause pancreatitis in dogs. I'd be careful giving it to your dog since she's so old.
I googled it. Says it ok sometimes if it has no bones or skin and grease. So clearly not all the time, just change up the meat like she says she does. I’m sure your dog will live longer. Dog and cat food is crappy, so I understand why people make their own food.

No garlic in the broth. (A lot of the broth has garlic). I make homemade for mine as well. 😊
