Hello Becky, greetings from the U.K. I love your channel, I find it very comforting. My wife of 54 years passed away last month, so I’m trawling CZcams for inspiring recipes in addition to the one’s Sue used to cook. So thank you for all you do, it’s much appreciated.
Sorry about your wife.
So sorry for your loss! May Mrs. Sue rest in eternal peace & joy! ....It is beautiful how food and certain smells bring warm and comforting memories of loved ones. Hope you find strength and consolation.
Sorry for your loss. I understand losing your better half as mine passed 9+ years ago. Hard to cook for one after that.
@vincefenton. I am truly sorry for the passing of your wife Sue. I know the feeling because my love of cooking enhanced after the passing of my beloved Les and I have been trying everything including gardening (even though I don have green fingers😂) the lot ever since but what I miss most is him fixing things around which I never thought much about when he did them.
Thank you sharing and great comfort from and from, Merseyside🇬🇧🙏🏼
So sorry for your loss, she's with you in spirit 🙏
Hello Becky. I bet when you started this channel you didn't even think that you would inspire some random girl across the ocean to make ginger pucks for the freezer, but you did. Internet is amazing and your cooking videos are my favorite, thank you for all the inspiration!
Wow that is amazing! Thanks so much for sharing that with me and for watching my videos!
@@AcreHomestead Same here, watching from France and adoring your vidéos. Thanks for using a mic!
Loving your videos, and your great ideas for early prepping of meals. I’m 70 years young, do you never too old to learn new things!
Same! I’m from Scotland and recently made garlic pucks 😂❤
What are ginger pucks? 🤔
Thought you might like this little story. I’m not a good cook, at all. I never enjoyed cooking and worked multiple jobs so when I was blessed with my son and as a single mother, I started to have to cook more for us. All the while I had 1 FT job and 2 PT. It was a touch time, 1997 through 2009 but soooo worth it. The story I really wanted to tell you is that for my birthday/Christmas or any gift holidays, I would only ask my mother for freezer dinners of the foods I grew up with. These saved us. I know that the people you, prepare and gift these wonderful meals to, GREATLY appreciate it. They are like handmade art or crafts, touching, meaningful and sooooo appreciated.
Oh wow thanks so much Juju for sharing this with me :)
How do subscribe?
Your recipes of course are fantastic but honestly the most impressive thing is how much you care about your sister in law
So agree!!!!!
Yes agreed . Very kind n caring
I thought the same thing. Becky is a gem. 💎
@vickyskye8492 Amen to that! What a great "Sister In Love".😊
Becky,we all forget things, you r human. I enjoy watching you. By the way I love your dog. She checkes on you every 5 minutes, so sweet. Thanks for helping your viewers. Kaye Suttles in NC
Becky, 2023 is my second year garden. I am 70 and stared my garden after watching you. I started with a few pots the first year.
I Grew my confidence and a garden doing this with you. This year I grew 6 raised bed and canned food for the pantry.
Thank you 🙏💚🐾
Great! You go girl!!!
How large is your Le Creuset pot 7 or 5 1/2.
This is amazing!
Nice 👍
Great job!
My grandkids aren't fond of veggies, so I make them pink pancakes with pureed beets; green pancakes with pureed spinach and orange pancakes with pureed carrots or pumpkin. They love them and they get a bit of goodness too.
I'm new to this channel. That sounds so different, nutritious, fun & cool. Are these all mentioned on her channel? 😊
I don’t know how to cook. My husband did all the cooking and he just passed away. So, i just found you and hoping I can learn from you. Thank you.
💞
I just felt compelled to tell you how sorry I am that you lost your husband & that you’ll be in my prayers. You’ve found a great community here on CZcams. Becky’s channel is a great place for learning & for friendship. ❤
I'm sorry for your loss
I am so very sorry for your loss. I do hope you are learning to adjust on your new journey without your loved one❤
So sorry for your loss.
Am I the only one who loves that you filmed and showed us you cleaning up the dishwasher and stuff? The realities of cooking are so much better than pristine magical everything is done videos...
I totally agree with you. I enjoyed that part as well as the tutorial. She is great isn't😊 she
Everyone knows there will be dirty dishes. So why include it?
Hey Becky, I’m baking your pumpkin chocolate chip cookies right now. This is a huge step for me. I’ve been traumatized with lots of family loss( son, mom, dad, sister) and cooking is a trigger for me, but I want to get better. So the dough is chilling. I followed every step carefully. You are my virtual friend that encouraged me. Thank you. Sending love to you and your family. ❤
Oh and I made 1/3 bags of pumpkin for the freezer for future cookies 🎉
So sorry for your losses. Sending you a hug and a prayer for comfort and healing.
@@2L82Sk8Bye thanks so much.
Sorry for your lost. Stay strong.
So sorry for your loss. I know it isn't adequate for what you are going through. Will keep you in my prayers
I’m 67 years old and have never made freezer meals and you have inspired me to try some. It just goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks…you just need to be a good teacher!
♥️👍🤓
Same here and I’m 74!
That is awesome! Thanks for watching!
my neither, tho I am not as experienced in life as you! I am 37 and just got married, but this is going to be so helpful in getting/keeping my freezer stocked!
76 and it's never to late learn new tricks. TFS Becky
I love it, she's good lol
This is the first time I came across your video. I rarely watch entire cooking videos, but you had me captivated from start to finish. I love how you dont drag it out with nonsense commentary. You cook quickly, efficiently & are informative & just pleasingly warm to listen to. Thank you. I'm a new fan & subscribed. I look forward to watching your other videos. Thank you!
Same here ❤
My mother died when I was 16, I never really had a motherly figure to show me basic women knowledge, thank you for your content, I've gotten some of the ingredients to make some of the recipes! Excited to see results!
Bless your heart ❤️
So sorry for your loss. It seems like there are so many people who wish they had a mom or auntie figure. Glad this helps some.
A lil pro tip; when I'm making meatballs or meatloaf, I always pinch off a little bit of the raw meat mixture and fry it up to make sure the seasoning and texture is on point.❤
Good idea. Thanks
Me too
What a great idea! Thank you!👍🏼
I won’t tell you what my aunt did to test the flavor
@@77andsunnyate it raw?
The reason a recipe calls for chilling the dough (in case you do not know) is so that a) flour can hydrate and b) butter can harden. This will give you a thicker cookie and reduce the amount of spread giving you the intended texture of the recipe.
^^ I came to say exactly this!
Also to stop fermentation aswell and dough from rising any longer. You can rise a dough then don't want to bake it that night.. you can chuck in fridge and it'll stay the same size so that way it can continue to rise in the oven. I'm suprised she doesn't know this
Yep
I am definitely going to try many if not all. I love freezer meals because I’m single so I can make something that serves 6 or 8 and I can make that and freeze the others.
I LOVE how you scrape out the ingredients and waste nothing! ❤ I'm a fan and will be watching your channel now.
12:45 "Whatever you find in the freezer aisle you can try to make at home" That is genius!! I'm trying to reduce single use plastic packaging and frozen things are hard, but yeah, with foresight you can easily freeze almost everything they freeze. Tomorrow shall be a prep day!
Just a quick tip: if you bake your meatballs on a cooling rack on the cookie sheet, that allows the grease to drip down. And they brown nicely! Can't wait to try these new recipes! ❤
That is how I always do meatballs.
And bacon 🥓
Genius hack! Thank you!
@@sylviasmith5443came to say bacon!
Another quick tip is tomato and aluminum don't like each other. If you put aluminum foil over a tomato dish the foil ends up with holes where it touched tomato. Aluminum reacts with highly acidic foods, and can impart a metallic flavor.
Hey Becky, you probably know this already but you never know till you tell someone. I keep the rindes from my harder cheeses and use them when I make a cheese sauce. I pop them into the warm milk and leave them to "steep" it gives an extra cheesey flavour to your sauce 😁 hope this is helpful to anyone
Great idea! Thanks for sharing 🥰
You can also put it in soups for extra flavor ❤
I know, silly question. Are you placing the cheese rind into the milk as you start to steep the milk on a stovetop?
When you say cheese rind, is it a chunk of cheese you can't widdle down when shredding cheese? 😅
I can see this sauce working with your own natural version of say maybe a cheesy broccoli soup. A smidgen of startch (?) to thicken the soup possibly? Any help is appreciated. ✨️👍
Also put them in soups and your spaghetti sauce 👍🏻
This should be shown in schools. How to cook in batch & use for the freezer. Such an interesting blog. All people could learn from this young lady her inspiration to help others. Thank you Becky.👍
If they did, capitalism wouldn’t thrive the way it does. I hate capitalism by the way. It’s not natural or humane
I just want to say that your sister in law is a very lucky lady. Those recipes look amazing!!!
Totally agree
I admire your dedication to feeding your family well with nourishing food. You have a lucky family, Becky. And your sister-in-law will be so grateful to have these time-saving meals on hand once her baby arrives.
Just want to say as a mom of 3 all the way from South Africa thank you for all your inspiration in the kitchen. Honestly such a joy to watch

It's an honor you watch! Thank you!
I love that each of these recipes can be made gluten-free. My daughter was diagnosed with Celiac last year and it's been a tough adjustment for our family, but we've been getting used to it. I'm also getting better with cooking from scratch as a result, so videos like these are a god-send.
What an amazing gesture of love for your sister in law
I would just about cry with gratitude if someone brought me food like this ❤
I don’t know why it never crossed my mind, maybe because I’ve never seen people do it before, but all the comments show me I (we) need to start doing this for loved ones. I think I’ll start with my grandparents myself. ❤
I love when you mention postpartum and remind your audience you're a mom!!! I understand keeping your baby's privacy but it is nice (and relatable!!) every time you mention your baby
Yes I agree I wish she would mention her little guy every once in awhile
That BIG smile on your face as you pulled the second pan of meatballs out of the oven, so busy, all for your sister in law. You’re incredible! ☺️
Your love and consideration for your sister in law is absolutely beautiful ❤
Thank you for making these kinds of videos. Watching beautiful, kind people cooking helps me deal with my eating disorder. I grew up in a house with even violent people and mealtime for me was not nice, but with this video I was able to finish my entire plate of food. Thank you
Little tip for cookies that should be chilled before baking. Put the flour in the freezer before you start in the kitchen. As it is usually the final ingredient to be added to the recipe it will firm up the dough a little and ‘pre chill’ it.
Awesome thanks!
In a million years I wouldn't have thought of that! Every detail counts and helps. Thank you!
This is what I do. Since it takes my oven a bit to preheat, I use that time to chill it in the freezer. Plus I wash and clean up during this time and then prep cookie sheets and prep to roll out dough if needed. Usually this gives it enough time to chill. I also put it in the freezer in between baking.
I just came across your videos this morning (this is the first one I watched)...I was trying to meal plan, but don't like how some of the other videos only show you what they bought and tell you what they will make without showing it. I love the way you do things. I found myself thinking at first, that I may not identify with how you cook or prep because a lot of the stuff you use is/was made from scratch by you....but, I continued watching. You are so easy-going and your attitude is so awesome! I found myself liking some of your recipes and printing them out. I think the main thing is that you are very REAL. You are not perfect and you make mistakes, but I love that you don't edit that out. I CAN identify with you! I have subscribed. Thank you for being you and giving me so many ideas.
That gruyer cheese in the mac and cheese is wicked!
I used a smoked gruyer because I was short on cheese....IT'S ON ANOTHER LEVEL!!!!!!!
I want your yard and your garden!!😃😃😃 beautiful pumpkins!
Unpopular opinion… I love when garden season slows down and we get tons of cooking videos! I enjoy the garden videos, don’t get me wrong, but Becky’s cooking videos are my love language 😊 Thanks for always sharing amazing, easy, delicious recipes Becky! ❤
This is the first video of yours I've watched and I just want to let you know I'm so proud of you in the beautiful worthwhile work you're doing for your family. I have 5 daughters and 1 son and knowing other young people are embarking on homesteading life and showing such candor and life in the kitchen is perfection. Kudos to you hun, and I'm cheering for you!
That is some nuclear powered cooking. Just found your channel and you are inspiring this semi-cooking bachelor to get some meals stored rather than spend twice as much on take-outs on the run. You are impressive. Thanks for the encouragement!
My sister-in-law was an excellent cook. A home economics degree in the early sixties, she became a demonstration cook for Lone Star Natural Gas. I loved her like a sister. I’ve watched this video from beginning to end thinking, once again a woman has been blessed with a wonderful sister in law. Your recipes are wonderful in that, as you say, you control the ingredients. Bravo!
I subscribed to you a couple of months ago. I started with your current videos- now I’m going back and watching them all!!! I’m 51 years old and you have inspired me to do more prep and freeze it! I love having my onions or peppers ready!! Meal planning!!! Thank you friend 💝
Aw thanks so much!
I had so much fun bingeing on Becky when I first found her!
I love Becky's videos and I re-watch them to.
I flat freeze individual items like berries, chicken strips and meatballs on cookie sheets then dump them into freezer bags after they are frozen. They seem to stick less and are easy to pull out a handful. Don't know if you'll see this tip but love your videos. God bless you!
I do that now with precooked meat, pre-chopped onions, bell peppers and other veggies. I also pre-shredd cheese and freeze on a cookie sheet before putting in storage containers. I learned a lot from Becky. 😊
GREAT IDEA!!!!
Thank you. 😊
They also tend to get less freezer burn that way.
It might sound stupid but can u please explain flat freeze to me
@@DanielleGarcia-qi2sithey mean freeze flat on a cookie sheet, then transfer to freezer bag.
Subscribed! Girl, I just found your channel by happenstance and I think I just found a kindred spirit, (albeit much younger). For decades I've held to the principle that if I'm going to cook, I'm going to put some up for later, whether freezing, pressure canning and/or freeze drying. Have also long believed that the BEST gifts you can give a new mom are ready-to-go homemade meals. TBH, I didn't really learn any tips/tricks/recipes in this particular video, but I am sure I will in others. However, I have one tip for you: Check your storage freezer once a day to make sure it's running properly. Have a friend who has a HUGE freezer in her basement and recently a large frozen ham fell off the rack, banging and opening the door from the inside while doing so. When she went downstairs about a week later, she found the freezer door ajar with that ham laying on the floor and everything inside completely ruined. Couldn't even cook up for the dogs. She's a homesteader with chickens and pigs and cows, so she lost over a $2000 worth of meat in just that one incident. 😱
You are so full of joy! I appreciate that your channel does not having music playing in the background, clean and organized kitchen; and the view through your kitchen window is lovely.
I love this channel so hi from England and I live in a remote village which has one small shop/post office but I'm surrounded by farms and farm land. What I love most about you is you're not fake you don't hide mistakes. Your obvious joy and love of what you are doing. We don't do canning here or very little. But I do make my own jams marmalades chutneys and pickles. I also make confectionary which I sell.
Hi Becky! You have made a huge positive impact in my life and I’m so thankful that I found your channel in your early days in 2020. I’m going through a huge financial hardship, but thanks to all you do on your channel, I’ve learned from you the skills for building an at home grocery store. Canning, freezing meals and prepping food for creating quick meals, and bulk food buying. Because of this, I don’t have to worry about food during this difficult time. I’m even thinking about starting my own CZcams channel around similar content in the near future. I know you don’t know me, but I really feel like you are a friend in my life. Thank you for all you do.
You should totally do that, especially with a focus on dealing with financial hardship and how you can save money that way. I think a lot of people could relate to that and would need that content. :)
I agree! You can do it girl! I would subscribe

Watching you cook all those meals to freeze was so inspirational. And your sister-in-law is very blessed to have you in her life.
Hey there Little Girl, I just ran into your site by accident. I don't have a crew to cook for but I so enjoyed watching you and that you are so thoughtful of your Sister in law just endeared me to you. I am 71 yrs old and I hardly know anyone who cooks except for me and you added some things I never thought of. Thank you for your pleasant personality and big heart. Your family is so very fortunate.

I Love cinnamon in my pancake batter! And I always top it with some peanut butter and syrup. Yum!
Hi Becky, it is so sweet of you to make these meals for your sister-in-law's family. I am sure she will appreciate them. Looking forward to making some freezer meals for myself from these recioes. Thank you
Your such a great sister inlaw , I’m so jelly … 😂
You will probably get people wanting to pay you to do freezer meals for them, that’s how good you are ❤

Hi, I just wanted to say how cool and great person you are for cooking for your sister-in-law postpartum. I wish someone did that for me when I was pregnant with my son. Bravo! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Wow I wish I had a sister like you! I’m an only child who’s now 35 with a 4 yr old, 2 yr old & one on the way.
Having someone else take care of meals is the BIGGEST help postpartum. You never know how it’s going to go & with other kids to care for, you can’t get too sucked into your own recovery. You’re awesome! 🎉
I just found you on CZcams! I raised 3 active children while teaching fulltime. Now that I'm retired, I love to gift my 1:12:42 grown chidren (who now have families) with cooked meals. Your recipes will be a God-send! Thank you!
I love how the doggo is providing assistance by monitoring your cooking efforts ❤

Growing up we called that size of pancakes "silver dollar" pancakes! These are wonderful for toddles and young kids, and fun for grown-up's too! Loved all your batch cooking recipes thank you for posting all this! Also just a tip for those who have allergies to peanut butter, my husband does, so with peanut sauces we just sub with almond butter and the results are still very yummy! ;)
We do too I just couldn't for the life of me think of that when I was making them lol

I certainly enjoyed this, Becky! You are certainly organized! And I know everything you make turns out to be delicious! 💖
Thank you this sounds like what I was looking for my daughter. She works and hardly want to cook. She's also tired of eating out.
Really nice video. I'm a widow. Even tho it has been only 5 years, I still find it hard to cook for 1. This is awesome. I will make all this, portion it, freeze it and I will be set. Thank you so much. You are a Godsend ♥

She's so cute she said she was gonna have macaroni and cheese with meatballs for dinner and then they were going to Philly cheesesteak for dinner. Maybe it was two different nights filming night and voiceover night. ❤ Job well done, Becky like usual
Watching videos like these make me feel so comforted and happy because my mom didn’t teach me how to cook and I aspire to be this good at cooking
I never cooked in my life. I have a fantastic wife who does it all. However we are dealing with illness in the family and it is time for me to step in and up. Thank you for your show. It' a lifesaver for us.
Hi everyone, Debbie Lavigne here. My husband and I love the teriyaki chicken, the honey mustard, and the chipotle chicken. So easy and delicious. I have carpal tunnel in both of my hands. Sometimes chopping is painful and opening jars hurt so bad. I have been making the "dump and go" so my husband can cook when I can't. Handy hint, if you are like me and decide to make something with cream cheese, you can pop it in the microwave. Directions are on the package. Thank you Becky for educating this 69 year old!!
Opening jars is so hard when the opposable thumb takes a vacation(slippy grip)!
I found a thingy on Amazon, it's a jar lid gripper, shaped like a HUUUGE rubber bobby pin. Comes in a kit, too, with a piece of rubbery shelf liner stuff, to hold the jar.😊
Oh that is helpful! Thanks and I am so happy you enjoy them!
I fell you, I have carpal tunnel just in my dominant hand and have no insurance right now. Praying I can get the surgery before my other wrist gets it. It has been SO PAINFUL during canning season and I got it in late June😢 Praying you get pain free soon🙏
Becky, as always, thank you for all you do. Your sister in law is lucky to have you❤️
There's also electric jar openers.
@@melaniedennis9540yep there’s a solution for everything! My parents have the electric jar opener. I have carpal tunnel too and just bought the electric pot stirrer 😅.
You can also use a baking sheet too make mini pancakes. Just spray, put desired thickness (¼ d this batter y poofs) of batter spread evenly. Cook until desired brownness. Take cookie cutter( mine is a old tuna can) you'll sacrifice the corners but have same size rounds for stacking and freezing. Just a thought for you. ❤
I can't believe I just watched an hour long cooking video. I hate cooking and I know nothing about it. I learned a lot and actually got inspired.Thank you❤

I am always inspired by Becky’s indefatigable energy and motivation to supply her family with great meals. However, her little kitchen gizmos that she uses are things I adore. I adore kitchen gear even if I don’t always use them but they appeal to me. The freezer bag holders are inspired. My favourite gizmo is a French bean slicer. I have had it for at least 30 years and have never used it but I am happy to know that if I ever need one, there it is. It doesn’t take up much space. These things are so inventive and there seem to be more and more on the market all of the time. Becky is the best!
I’m grateful to have found you, Acre Homestead! I first watched your DIY taco & ranch seasoning vid! You’re so confident in the kitchen 🤗 I’m inspired!
What an inspiring young woman you are. Watching from Melbourne, Australia today and I just love the meal preps in the ziplock bags. A great idea ❤
Hi Becky! I was wondering if you could show us how much you're saving by having your own garden in comparison to if you bought grocery store food and how much you spend maintaining your garden.
I think it's be a really cool insight to see!
It does sound like it would be fun to know, but it would be a monumental task to figure it all out, I think.
Three Rivers Homestead does an analysis like this. I think you have to be super committed to gathering the data points to really do this. Most gardeners don’t save money. The rewards are huge but saving money when you factor in paying for land, water, and your time is hard to calculate.
I’ve never found someone on the internet that I align more with that you, Becky! You’re a “friend in my head” and I discuss your videos with my husband all the time 😂. From your love for gardening, home cooking, recipe planning, and everything else…I’m probably a decade older than you but you inspire me with every video 🫶
Aw thanks so much!
Me toooo Always talk about her...
I wanna keep my mom but be adopted by your parents. 😂
I don't know if they want a 54yo daughter, but lmk! Hahaha
I typically avoid long videos but I didn't even notice the time! I truly enjoyed this and I appreciate it! Totally motivated to try all these recipes and stock up my freezer!
Just found your channel today by accident. Your channel is different than most. It's like I know you! You cook like my family has been cooking forever. Always thinking ahead of all the while you are preparing the food. And being calm about it. True feelings of joy while you cook. That's how I like to cook...because I enjoy doing it. You make me feel like you live right down the road and have been a friend for a long time. I get that homey feeling like when my grandma would cook/bake. Continuous cooking at one time. I Love This! Congrats to you. 😊
Greetings from the cold PNW! I appreciate your recipe suggestions and recently tried and loved that crockpot pork chop meal. You are incredible. Not only are you making 11 dishes today, but you are making them also for you sis in law. What energy!!! What a kind soul too!
Thanks Becky. I have watched so many of your videos over the last month or so and you’ve inspired me to cook again. I’m 49 with grown up kids with two boys still at home and I had completely lost my passion. Watching your zeal for food has given me inspiration to buy new kitchen ware, including an instant pot. Also, I’ve been making lists of your recipes. I’m from Melbourne Australia so seasonally it’s different. Anyway just wanted to let you know how cool your channel is
I love so much that you use the foil pans. That makes it so easy to reheat and not have to worry about a gazillion dishes. Another big time saver!!! Thank you for making this. I’m so short of time these days and with our various food allergies it is always a struggle to cook every single meal! I can’t wait to try these.
Hi!!! I’m a new subscriber as of today! I thoroughly enjoyed this video!! I can’t wait to learn more from you! I’ve gotten away from cooking the last year due to a broken femur. Couldn’t stand long enough to cook or prepare. You’ve reminded me how much I use to enjoy it. Thank you!!!
Hi Becky is so fun watching you cook your so excited when things taste good, also I love watching the dogs circle your island looking for scraps to fall. Have a wonderful day.😁
I can't tell you how much I enjoy your freezer meal videos! Even though I live alone, I still use many of your recipes and ideas - I just package them in smaller amounts for one dinner plus small leftovers! Thank you Becky, for the inspiration and all the hours of fun viewing. 💝
Love your fuzzy vacuum. Enjoy your video and will be trying your recipes. I have been use to cooking in large amounts before my son passed, now I use the extra for freezer meals. Nice to see that real cooking is not lost in time.
Thanks for this video! You saved my daughter’s Friendsgiving! Helped her make her first cheese sauce/baked macaroni! It was awesome!
Girl, I don't know how you do everything you do! You inspire and rock my world!!❤
AMEN to that!! 💯
Hi Becky, I recently came across your channel and the amount of motivation I feel to make homemade food is incredible. Also watching your videos has helped tech me how to manage my home when I am overwhelmed by the mess. Thank you!!!
Aw that is amazing! Thanks so very much for watching!
These all look delicious. Thank you so much for all the ideas! Can’t wait to try them.
I found you about a month or so ago. I’m very grateful & blessed! I love your cooking channel & you have not only inspired my baking/cooking but also organizing my kitchen! So many amazing recipes! Thank you! Making your croissant breakfast for Christmas morning! 💕
When I was 14 I worked at an Italian restaurant owned by Italians from the Bronx. They always cook their meatballs in a deep pan with about an inch of water. They browned nicely after the water evaporated. I wonder if that was to keep them moist. I've always cooked mine like them. You taught me something new.
Becky my dad was a butcher for a few years and he always said, to slice meat thinly, make sure it's semi-frozen. You have more control over the meat, which means less accidents, it doesn't slide around on the cutting surface. Keep up the good work. Until next time much love and many prayers. 💖
In the video she did say it would be easier if the meat was partially frozen.
Yes she did, as the video plays I pause it to comment. I heard her say it. However, I had already posted it.

I'm so glad I found you & your channel! I love your energy and generosity. I can't wait to see more!
Hey! 👋🏼 I found the video where you cooked the Italian meatballs. I made them tonight and they are a hit! I’m so excited to watch your channel and really glad when a new recipe comes to life. Thank you Becky for all you do! ❤
Also, I have extra with spaghetti sauce for meatball sandwiches and a whole extra tray for another meal! I’m excited about that… You’re very inspiring. 💯
I love all your videos, but the freezer prep ones are probably my favorite 🤗 thank you for sharing with us, becky!
I agree. I watch and enjoy them all but when I see a freezer meal one, I am really excited.
Yessss I love a whole hour of Becky!! I’m 39 weeks and trying to get a few meals prepped and this came at the perfect time!! I’m going to watch and cook with you 💗
Adorable! It was nice and helpful to spend your cooking day with you!
Adding my Prayers & Blessings, Charlie, I love the 'ease and simplicity' in your presentation.
Hi Becky! I absolutely love your channel. Philly girl here too...thinly sliced ribeye is a really good cut of meat for your Philly. Freeze it, then almost julienne the frozen meat (so much easier to slice). If you can't get it at a Costco, if you have an Asian supermarket, there's a good chance you'll find it there. Sidenote, that mac and cheese looked delish!
