So its literally the same routine as care home ...Omg,I wish people knew care home is not that bad...I work in a nursing care home and am able to fully use my nursing skills...catheterization, tracheostomy,pegs,DRE,wound dressing,injections, venipuncture and many more...the pay is good and I dont ever regret it....Care home nurses...we move🥰🥰

She didn’t answer but it usually depends on the company you’re working for. Most make slightly more than general nurses though

Is it a good start for an international general registered nurse considering it's mainly a mental health facility. I have fears cos I don't know if it will help my osce prep as a general nurse
