  • This Yang to Yin yoga practice invites you to meet your anxiety where it's at through syncing your breath with your movement. Towards the last half of this practice you are invited to bring your energy down and further release anxiety and stress through simple stretches and calming breathing techniques.
    Needed:
    1 yoga block (or thick book)
    1 blanket
    This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
