Correction: the final verse in Jeremiah 35 states that God will NEVER cut off their family bloodline. I misinterpreted the meaning of these scriptures, (pregnancy Brain and no sleep can have you miss a lot!) as God was rebuking the Israelites for not obeying Him the way this family had obeyed their father’s commandment. In fact, He was commending them for their obedience. However, the message still stands that you should obey God over man in your life! Thank you in advance for showing grace :)

I thought that too for some time it makes complete sense for a time. I wish I had an answer for everyone but we are more of a blessing when we re connect with our brothers and sisters in Christ in church or without. Our isolation for a time gives us a whole lot of spiritual insight and practical experience in the faith. Don't hesitate to rejoin our family in Jesus. If anyone can receive your message and encouragement it's probably going to be a 'church Christian" the world can care more or less. Make what you went through count for those who can receive it. My humble opinion that's all

I like “A chapter a day keeps the devil away” I find this to be true too. This years Bible reading plan is 90% New Testament with repeats of the gospels, and increase memorising verses. Amen 🙏

@@jackieVanTine_ Well I have read the Bible completely 4 times. 3 times in a year a piece and once in 90 days. This year I decided to slow it down, read my study commentaries for both the ESV and NIV life application, these ask hard and good questions, so I could be spending 10 mins reading a chapter, a further 20 mins on the commentaries, then another 5-10 mins on the questions. When I was interning with my church, we had a gifted teacher, his name is Andrew Wilson also an author, he focused on just 6 words from a passage in Isiah and then he spent 30 mins unpacking it I was gobsmacked, well we were all were. I don’t recall which passage it was unfortunately.

Hey sis, I'm not done watching bc I just was like waking up and i was restless but I was reading the transcript... and this is so for me. Then even in my disobedience of not sitting and listening all the way through, my mind was restless and just clicked on Facebook...I scroll for like THREE seconds I kid you not...and I had posted 6 years ago...on this very day..."He who is faithful with little will be faithful with much" and I just paraphrased it. The post is covered in hearts. I used to be obsessed with marriage too. But now I feel kind of like...at almost 35....and as a single mom....letting go. But I still want to sing for God!! Praise the Lord. And this scripture popped up in my head as I was walking through the door and saw the scripture, your gift will bring you before kings! ❤ Ty Jesus, thank you sis! ❤

In this story, I see that being religious and being obedient are two different things. Many today brag about what they don't do, but they fail to do the one most important thing....obey the voice of the Lord even when it doesn't make sense. I have to say this message spoke to me. I don't know if i passed or failed God's test. God gave me a girlfriend who loved me a lot. I loved her to the best of my ability to love her like God loves the church. I was selfish at times and rude at times. I tried to lead her to the cross but I am not "holy spirit junior" like you said. God called me to give her up and I did eventually. However, i fell to sexual sins and fornication. I tried to please her instead of God. God taught me valuable lessons from my experience. I am grateful for the lessons he taught me and for using these struggles to grow my faith. I wish I had obeyed him instead of choosing her or myself for so long. God corrected me and I am grateful he helped me back on the correct path. Praying for all of you. Lust and Sexual sin is so destructive. I encourage all of you to stay far from it and remember God's command are for protection, not to limit your fun. Have a blessed day everyone

Wow!!!! This literally just happened to me. The Lord literally told me same thing "choose" and felt extremely ergent! Before July i have no idea why but I believe I choose right I have peace finally
For me, the thing that was stopping me from obeying Him was addiction. I have tried twice to rid myself of nicotine and I don’t drink, but vaping and tobacco made me feel “good”. a few days ago God asked me “Jade, don’t I make you feel good?” And I was filled with immense guilt and heartbreak. Repentance is cyclical for my disobedience 😞 I want to be free of this guilt. Please pray for me as the physical changes of sobriety are very hard for me to endure. I’m trying to keep myself from relapse and am working on overcoming shame. Thank you for this word, sister Jackie. 💛 Amen.

Thank you for your videos and thought-provoking commentary. God speaks mainly through His Word, the Bible. If choices align with Scripture and prayer, God won't force us against our will (1 Cor 7:17). Obstacles may be spiritual warfare, not expressions of God's will.
As a lawyer and believer, I've faced many obstacles in my career. I perceive these as spiritual warfare, not divine signals to abandon law for ministry. I feel called to advance His kingdom in a profession dominated by nonbelievers.
Believers can pursue paths that honor Him, using their skills for His glory (Prov 16:3). It's vital to see challenges as spiritual attacks, not expressions of God's will. Trust that God's guidance is through His Word and prayer, not forcing believers to pursue other paths against their will (Gal 5:13).

Even if I can't seemingly hear His voice today or if I feel far away from Him, I trust He is here with me to guide me and protect me. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom. It is OK to be afraid. That will keep us safe. God rebukes and chastises those He loves. If He is doing that in us, then we are, indeed, His beloved children.

I am thinking Solomon. Additionally, Jesus said He God has chosen to reveal Himself to little children and the childlike. The Gospel message was designed for our human brains to understand, and that is the Good News, that Jesus chose to die in our stead for the remission of sins. It is a gift from God for there is salvation in no one else. ❤😊
Yet there are mysteries in His Word we will not fully comprehend and untangle until we see Him face-to-face. The Spirit and the Bride say "Come!": let's rejoice in the fact that we are invited to the one and only, unique wedding celebration in Heaven! Let's not give up, because Jesus is my Husband, amen. 😊❤

Just got out of a relationship. He wasn't a bad guy, though my friends may disagree, lol. He was a new convert to my denomination... I thought he would change for me. He said he would. He said he understood my expectations.
You saying that I needed to let him go so that God could work on him.... Oh man... One of my friends the other day said, "He needs to be alone for a while." 😭 It breaks my heart that he does, but I know it's true.
I'm so sad it couldn't work... More for him than for me. But he had a lot to work on and he can't be in a relationship while he does it.
I think now that God separated us for both of us. I learned a lot and I hope he can focus on improving himself.

Thank you so much for this message. I truly needed to hear this. I am in a relationship that has burdened me for far to long. I live with my partner and daughter but my partner is an unbeliever and we can not agree on anything. I am at my wits end. I feel physically, mentally and emotionally drained. If I'm being honest I have been trying to fix this relationship on my own strength and most likely putting this relationship before God. I do want to leave its just we both will not have a way to be financially successful separated and no family to rely on. I need prayers please on what to do. 7:20 I don’t talk to any of my family because they are not Christians and even the ones claiming to be or Catholics are luke warm. They don’t have the Holy Spirit. I know this because they are family (friends too) and they don’t ever see how I’m doing, I’m the only one who was raised without my dad in my life and no one ever checked in on me to make sure I’m okay.

Im not proud I didn't listen to his advice. The last two years i have dated eight guys. They didn't bring me close to God.
Now that my last was emotionally abusive 💔. Im pivoting a way from dating.
Like u said god will test me. I didn't think it would be one of my exes trying to come back into my life. I walked the other way. I felt bad but i want to be closer to God everyday.
So since Eric advice me not too date. Im not worried about it its not my concern right now.
17 days of today of 730 days Im not complaining of not dating. I need to heal. I need relationships that are going to lead me to god everyday not the world 🌍.
