Hey, from Johannesburg South Africa. We love a good braai & pap with salsa (called ushatinin in Zulu (my tribe) . Its uncooked tomatoes, onion finely chopped mixed together seasoned with salt.
Braai is meat cooked over red hot coals until cooked to perfection. Usually the braai is a variety of meats lamb chop, pork chop, brisket, t bone steak/ chuck steak and wors (mince sausage) sometimes there's also chicken wings. Others also braai some mealies for snacking! Enjoy
