Fani Willis faces hearing over misconduct claim made by Trump co-defendant

- The judge in former President Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case has ordered a hearing over allegations that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is in a romantic relationship with a prosecutor she hired. The claims were made by one of Trump's co-defendants. A motion, filed last week, seeks to remove Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade from the case. They aren’t saying the whole story. Wade was hired to prosecute a high profile RICCO case having never prosecuted anything he was an ambulance chaser and family law. He was paid 100$ more per hour then other special prosecutors. They say after he got the job he filed for divorce. The 700,000$ he has earned by billing for hours including working 24 hours in a day was used to pay for Caribbean trips and other trips for Wade and Fanni. Fanni also said multiple times she never spoke or consulted with the White House or Jan 6th Committee. Well that’s a lie as well. Wade and Fanni met with the WH attorney and Kamala Harris several times and Jan 6th committee and billed Georgia tax payers.

The standard in the constitution related to being disqualified from office does not say that a person needs to be criminally convicted of insurrection in order to be disqualified from holding the highest office in the land. It’s a different standard of proof. And it makes sense that there’s a different standard of proof to be criminally convicted than to be disqualified from holding office; After all, if you are criminally convicted most of your rights are taken away when you are placed in prison. If you are disqualified from holding office you are still free, you’re not in prison, and the only thing being dis-allowed for you is you holding public office.

It was filed 26 months ago that is one thing you can find out and if it were sealed then how did the Trump associate who was also charged get the information about Willis and Wade since they say they got it from her filing. The same guy also said is wasn't filed with the original filing how or why does he know that. She was probably paid to file it so this could happen.

The couple stayed married 4 years past the text messages that Wade's wife received from an old fling. Wade did not file for divorce until the day AFTER receiving the contract from Willis. Willis and he was seeing each other since 2017. So, it's true that she has an improper relationship with the prosecutor. That PROVES impropriety. The law REQUIRES DAs to be IMPARTIAL. Clearly she's not if she's sleeping with the guy. Fani knew he was married. She made him divorce the wife. The timing of him filing for divorce and receiving the contract says it all.
As to your comment: to date the Wade's are still married. A final decree of divorce has not been issued! She's sleeping with a married man and employee. Period.
