Here's a theory of other superheros got powers from infinity stones directly or indirectly
1) captain America ( super solider) - there is involvement of space stone in making super solider serum ( maybe)
2) black panther- i think he got powers indirectly by power stone , we saw in GOTG that celestial destroy a planet with power stone , so some part of the planet which was affected with power stone collided to earth in wakanda, to be known as vibranium , ( similarities in color of power stone and vibranium)
3) antman - also antman got indrect powers from reality stone ( i don't know how) but it was dr. pym who found pym particle ( whose color was similar to reality stone) so manipulating reality antman can adjust its size.
4) spiderman- in mcu we are unknown of how peter got powers , so a theory can be oscorp was co-working with hydra and so they worked on spiders and that one spider bite peter .
So we can conclude that may be x-men exist in mcu and they got their powers from infinity stones ( I don't know how 😂)
