Maybe this fall? I want to get the walls up and the roof on before the flooring system goes in. This will help keep the sheathing dry in the event of delays.
@@ncbarndobuild it's difficult to find any info on a barndominium on a crawlspace online other than people saying you can. Did you find somewhere that had good examples or supplies?
@@matt71405 I just worked with my engineer to get it designed. I told him what hardware I wanted to use to attach the building to the foundation and he designed the stem wall based on that.
Unfortunately yes I know it wasn’t the best angle. My video equipment was very basic at the time. I have since added some new equipment so the house build should have some better angles.
Very interested to see the floor section of house go in. When do you think you'll start that? Looking into crawl space build for myself.
