It's untrue, because his character would absolutely go to a party and try to talk about how weed should be legalized because alcohol makes people dull while weed users are all 'chill' and are 'always up for an interesting debate'.

Kyles delivery is everything I swear to god. It’s so over the top but scarily accurate and realistic to those kinds of guys. Like the way he talks and even moves.

This is the first I've ever recognized Moffat or the other one (something Headly? Tiffany something? the one who does the bad bits that are almost all the same bit? Goop and the teenage movie critic and the boxer wife girlfriend thing) in a sketch outside of Weekend Update.
I actually enjoy when they laugh in the sketches
If they do it once in a blue moon, it can make the skit funnier. On the Carol Burnett show it worked. On SNL, certain cast members do it too often and it usually kills the joke, IMO.

I am an actor myself and I could never do SNL. It can take weeks before you can stop laughing at your own lines and those of your Co stars. But the cast of SNL only gets around a week to prepare. Even when they can't get through a scene without laughing at every line, I'm still impressed.

Well, Leslie’s one of the writers, Einstein, so that might have something to do with it.
Suspiro, maybe more writing, less performing. She flubs 50% of her lines and at some point that just becomes a practical issue. She can't even get her first line correct here, dropping the "so". Some people just can't perform, its not the end of the world.
