Nadine’s vocals are outstanding , Nicola is good too but I really notice the difference with Sarah not being there , she really was great at belting out the high bits with a rocky edge to her voice . She is so missed ❤

Untouchable is my favourite song. I believe it was chosen to open because it was a fan favourite and also the lyrics for Sarah. It was one of the best nights of my life
It also has a long intro perfect for their entrance
It’s Nicolas fav GA song and from what I hear she has dictated a lot of what happens on this tour

Nicola was amazing as well as Nadine,also Nicola pointed to me and I waved and she waved back and that was on Tuesday in Sheffield,I loved it!!!all tours they always do something flying and since tangled up I have been 4 times xx ❤❤❤❤❤

I saw them in Birmingham, and upgraded to VIP for £2! Was amazing and neck didnt hurt at all and was right at the front holding the metal barrier!
Nicola has had one of the biggest vocal glow ups of any singer I've ever seen, you need to see her absolutely nailing Celine Dion's song All By Myself, she has so much raw power in her voice and none of her bandmates even come close to her vocally these days
The show was incredible from beginning to end. All the girls were on top form. Nicola is a goddess. I adore her. She's still delivering on the sweet, 'dreams that glitter' parts and now her voice is so unique, with beautiful depth and textures. And the lilts and growls are gorgeous. Girls Aloud, new music please!
Nadine vocals are next level
I'm a huge GA from Greece and went to see them in Belfast (1st night). Hands down one of the best nights of my life 😍 (not sure if the people who were next to me and couls hear me screaming the lyrics can say the same though 😂) "Untouchable" was definitely a surprising opener but I could see the symbolism behind the choice. I was really impressed with the vocals, Kimberley was also pretty good in my humble opinion 😅 And all of them were so pretty ❤ I believe they had a backtrack in the choruses, however they sang in the most of them (I've started noticing whether this occurs ever since I subscribed to your channel 🤭). Ome funny moment was when they sang "On the metro"; after Kim's bridge Nadine was supposed to sing "when I came back he was gone aaaahhh" and she forgot. But we still heard the line, so it was pre-recorded and obviously she was supposed to blend her voice with the backtrack. When she realised she missed it, she laughed 😂 Wish I could attend at least one more concert but then I realised that I got to see GA live, something I never thought would happened considering I became a fan in 2019...
P.S.: Mr. Theo sucked. My face was stuck on my watch until he finally finished his set 🙃
I’m not sure how familiar you are with the Aloud but Untouchable was the song that broke their top ten streak, so in a way it felt like they were reclaiming it. I never thought they’d open with it but I’m actually really glad they did. The lyrics can be tied to Sarah and I love some of the subtle key changes they did as well. It just looked beautiful.

I think Untouchable as a first song was a nod to the super fans who had a special affection for it. Perhaps not my first song choice either, but I get the idea behind it. ❤

Nicola's vocals have always been there - watch the medley from the Chemistry Tour - Her range and tone is outstanding. Nadine's voice is amazing too, but she's never had Nicola's range.
The entrance was perfect - it was sort of "we're here, it's okay, we're together" with Untouchable, then lets get the party started with The Show, then Nicola's brilliant speech and then into Something New like … BOOM now it's a party and it took us up, then tears, then up again until the end.

The song's the album version which is why it's long. It's the better version.

Kimberley really shined, she was absolutely brilliant. she was so mother.
Sarah was respected so brilliantly. I've bawled at every show.
We don't mind the chorus' being lip-synced, they're giving full choreography.
I truly hope this leads to a new album from the group, or at least new solo projects. But, surely, they can't ignore the outstanding reaction they've got.
I went the same to the same Manchester gig and I loved it! Nicola is just outstanding and I think I remember Kim’s off note haha.
I love Untouchable and although I was very surprised that they chose it to open the show, I truly believe it was a great choice! It starts slow and builds up to a great ending.
You're so right about the support act - we left and went and got drinks in the bar (at the Manchester gig).
Dionne Warwick believes in being true to her elderly ladies voice by not pushing it as it's in very rusty shape today. Let's offer her praise that she can still sing and attract interest at 85! Beautiful effort ❤
Nadine is incredible , she also had the most to sing . I went to the Belfast show and she didn’t get a break - Nicola got a lot of extra lines but Kimberley and Cheryl barely sane
I think the vocals were mixed to include Sarah. But the meaning of the song you can tell it was about Sarah.

Nicola is the strongest singer,i watched her winning the masked singer and what a voice she had!! She was overlooked in the early days
It’s really interesting to hear different opinions. I thought Nicola really struggled with her pitch, not only in this song but on other songs throughout the show. Nadine’s voice is consistently good despite having significantly more vocals than the rest.
Agreed that Untouchable was a weird intro choice I was expecting The Show!

I wasn't a fan of Untouchable originally but the show really changed that I was really blown away by Cheryl's vocals in Glasgow , perfect pop concert 10/10

Nadine final part, Nicola opening verses, the chorus, the lyrics, the melody… Untouchable is their best song and this is a lot to say cause call the shots, biology, sexy! no no no…, the promise, can’t speak french are pop excellence. Best night of my life i never thought i would go to their concert.
Georgina , I saw the the Show in Glasgow. It was superb. I'm not an Expert like you but i totally agree with what you said about the vocals.. The chorus's were definitely backing track. But i was so impressed with Cheryl . Her vocals were really good. I was pretty close to her so i could see her singing her heart out.

If you watch the older live versions of this song, like the one on ice, it seems they have used the backing track in the chorus for quite awhile, Nadine sings along with the backing track on the chorus

It is a long song but love it. Glad you explained about the chorus, I’ve noticed I can hear them all but you can see they’re not actually signing as their mics are down
I was there I was sooo close in the vip! Best gig of my life. Was incredible to be that close to the girls and the dancers.

Yeah that felt long, and definitely felt like the opening song should’ve been a more uptempo song though. However if it picked up after this and didn’t let up maybe they wanted this song out of the way 🤷🏻♀️
I think they just needed to swap this with the second song the show or 3rd something new and it would have flowed really well.
Or maybe they were going for a sombre opener and untouchable is a fan favourite

I was so impressed with their vocals. Cheryl always gets a hard time but smashes it. Girls Aloud are really THAT girl group. I love Little Mix, but there is just something about GA that makes them seem so? Iconic? They’re amazing.

Love this song. Love Nadine's vocals! Cheryl was the only one in this track that sounded off all the way through her verses. Almost like she was tiny bit under the notes - all time!!
I thought those in that vip bit from watchin tt n youtube they saw more of them from behind than the front..id rather be at the bit they seemed to be the most.love untouchable..love machine n sound of the underground..they look n sound incredible all 4 of them.

Random question but dying to find those artist. I went to.girls aloud in cardiff and when you were waiting they were playing artists on screen. One guy was singing woth a speaker walking down a street. Been trying to find this song for so long. Anyone that went know who it is? It was songs being played onmthe screens even before the support act came on
It was Sarah's voice that was in some of the backing vocals, such as in this case when Nadine was singing alone during the chorus. You're wrong, you can't hear all of their voices. It's the same thing in the recorded version: mainly Nadine + Sarah in the background during the chorus.
I went last night, totally agree about the DJ and videos before, soo boring the same adverts came on 🥴the DJ really failing to get people moving. We were at the sides I appreciate it must be tricky but Girls Aloud need to be aware we've paid loads and would be great if they'd come round to see us more than the couple of times they did. Fabulous concert tho loved the motorbikes🙌🏻

You should have came to glasgow. I was there first night and it seriously is the best show ive seen live. Nicola is by far the best singer in the group now. Cheryl id say was just behind her. I heard more bum notes from Nadine imo.
compared to the album version of this song, nicola has never sang her verses in the same key. her voice is much lower live than in the studio. out of control tour she sounded lower than the studio version. her voice is more ethereal, light and bright on the album. here, its darker and heavy.
The key is the same she’s just singing it with more power and support. Her voice has matured and is significantly stronger now.
I went to Manchester on Friday as well (flew 4,000 miles) and agree the venue was massive. I was off to the side so I didn’t see the full stage. I also agree Untouchable was the wrong choice to open on.
