Done!! I wanted to add that you could have shot you working on the back by the tank from inside the van! Would have been able to see what you were doing instead of your back. Was an idea that hit me as something I should bring to your attention. So I guess I will watch and see if you use that info or if there is anything else I see that needs mentioned. Minivans are making a big comeback in the Car Culture out here in the West/Southwest, The other 2 hot builds out here are putting post war cars and Hot Rods on Mid 70's- Mid 80's Full Size (A Body) Frames and Station Wagons are becoming popular again too. I live in Northeast Arizona with Vegas and The Grand Canyon to the North, LA to the west and Lake Havasu/Pheonix/Tucson to the South. and I've seen ALOT of Station Wagons coming through the area during the Summer and School Breaks.

Get a Viair 90113 pressure switch. We use them on air actuators at work. Turns compressor on if it falls below 90, and off when it hits 120.

Replace the air filter or clean your condenser,
It pisses because it releases a vacuum in your drip tray. Clean it, or replace filter, all good.

I have the same tank. Vent has a check ball, feed has a tube, and return has nothing. Van is cool. I lowered my wife's 1985 ASTRO. She almost left me when I bought it and almost killed me when I lowered it.

You have to watch out when welding on a injected vehicle,if you don't unhook the battery when you weld,you can smoke the computer,or ecm. Happens on our derby cars some times!

Junkyard replacement of TBI that cracked
I had heard that titanium had bright sparks. At Middevil Times they use titanium swords for that reason.

A wrecking yard would have like a hundred of those throttle bodies. The V8 ones are the same case just reuse your old V6 injectors. Probably about 25 bucks.

If you want a carb on a budget look for a intake for a boat. They came with 1 barrel carb on them. They made them into the 90s. Looking good!

88 to 94 tho is all the same 4.3, 5.0, 5.7 are all the same throttle body salvage yards sell them for like $40 bucks

You should mount the blocks on a spring loaded arm underneath the van. Similar to the swing arm on a motorcycle. You can adjust the spring height to force the blocks onto the ground and possibly still have some suspension on the van without bottoming out when lowering the bags.
That different nut I'd bet is over torqued. That little nub pops off on overt tightened acorn nuts.
