Contreras was left too long in this game. I get trying to preserve the bullpen but Contreras is not a 9th inning arm.
Yeah our pitching is crazy depleted lol, Javier, McCullers, Jose Urquidy, Verlander, and more are all injured.

They're were so many wild 9th innings on 7/5/2024 that are must sees on CZcams
Red Sox down to last strike on 3-2 count and dude hits a 2 run homer to tie score 3-3 against Yankees then they won in extra innings 5-3 on a 2 run shot
Arizona was losing 7-2 going into the 9th then they scored 6 runs to go up 8-7 then the Padres hit a game tying home run and then Machado hit a 2 run walk off homer to win 10-8
If you look at all the box scores there were 10 games or so with a lot of 8th and 9th innings scoring. Never seen nothing like it!

Yep Margo had a rough night. He’s an average to poor glove that can normally hit but it wasn’t to be. I do remember some Twins fans being adamant that Pablo Lopez had it figured out and a bunch of us said but this is Oakland let’s see how he handles Houston, Yankees and a couple other good teams. All imma say is Pablo isn’t out of the woods yet and I think it’ll take an off season and spring training to make the necessary adjustments. Pablo’s got talent no doubt but these teams break down this tape so well they can find any hiccup in your delivery.

I seen someone bet Astros -1.5 at -350 18k bet. For a payout of 23k. That is stupid money management. That would have wiser to just take over 8.5 runs, and not risk more than 1 to 2% units
