The Duracoating looked better on my cell phone. The Never Dull did a decent job too. They both worked on that rim.

A fresh neverdull might of helped 🤔 I think I'm going to pick up some never dull for my chrome on my 78' Marquis

Perhaps, it was still moist inside. I probably should get another can though. I would love to wrap some on a drill and watch what happens.

you missed a few steps before using that stuff to get a mirror finish. you need to take it back to around 120 to 180 grit then go to 400, 600, 1500, 2000 wet then polish to a mirror finish.

I think you missed the point of this video, there was no sanding done. This was to test the results of cleaning a wheel with a degreaser and using a hand polishing technique. I agree that sanding will most definitely remove more debris and therefore polish out better.
Maybe we will do some of that in the future 👍🏾

Both look great, at My country (Venezuela 🇻🇪) the never dull is just avalaible, so I'll try that on My honda shadow 750 😃

The Never Dull was old and dry. I use the superfine diatomacious earth to polish metal/glass mixed with a little WD40.

The newer never dull is nothing like the old cans. I will try some diatomaceous earth & WD40, I've never heard that before 😎

My arms got tired watching you polish that rim! The Duracoating looked like it produced better results, but the Never Dull was pretty good though.

😂 I tried to edit out as much heavy breathing as I could. These two products are pretty close.

@@3Wheels1Block Hahaha, true! I wondered if the Never Dull was "fresh" if it would have cut better...

Too close to call. But both worked well.
