The biggest item to remember is that you do not know if your audience prefers a work example or is open to hearing a personal example. Use a little caution and provide that amazing work example!

This is a tough one because work accomplishments pale in comparison to personal accomplishments in general. What do you think about about referencing a change in outlook/behavior as the accomplishment and then referencing how it demonstrated value in the workplace?
Mere Gaming, i 100% agree with you!!! But I really want you to focus on a work accomplishment because it is a job interview and you may run into an interviewer that only wants a work example (but they won't tell you this item). There are certain times to take risk in an interview, but this is not a time a recommend, I know it's a bummer!
My achievement not with data connection it my bos always believe me to handling more than 3 projects and be multitasking
@bayou__, remember, when answering this question, they are looking for you to highlight one big accomplishment by focusing on your whats and hows.
