Focusing this answer by discussing goals, what do you think, is this a good approach? Thanks for watching!

Hi Jeff, thanks for sharing. In this type of question, how deep do you suggest to go through the answer in an example?

Zhenyu, I want you to focus on using the STARLF method - czcams.com/video/T2TwGYKxDFQ/video.html. It is incredibly important to have strong structure in your examples, I hope this video helps!

I was recently asked a question on how do you manage/handle conflicting priorities i.e. if multiple projects/customers come up with their requirements with urgency and importance, how do u go abt managing it. Any advice is appreciated

Vinod, I really like this question, I also often ask this type of question to my clients. A few items to focus on are historical data (have we done it before), what is our relationship with the client, and can one priority be completed quickly. These are a few initial questions to ask. Then you will want to identify the specific timeline, risk, and overall scope/scale. And in the solution aspect, really focus on what are true customer priorities vs features that could maybe be pushed out, etc. I hope this helps!

@@jeffhsipepi if I may add, if it makes sense, trying to explore if there are workarounds, cost impact to business if the solution is implemented vs not implemented. Also, consult leadership for guidance
