Honestly, I would not be surprised if Nintendo used this later to celebrate like an anniversary or something. This is a masterpiece. And we all know it.
I would be surprised, Nintendo doesn't take stuff from fans, even if the fans literally email them that they can use it and have all the rights to it (example: Mother3 fan-translation, the creators of that told Nintendo they can use their translation for the localization of the game, but Nintendo didn't do it yet even tho they just have to take it and release it in the GBA of the switch)
This, more than anything else, makes all of Nintendo’s consoles really feel like a family.

Neither does the NES, the one used is from the Famicom Disk System. But that one is just too legendary to go unused, I mean it is even referenced in some of Nintendo's games.

It gave me chills when I heard this remix the first time.
I like how the Wii U, Nintendo's worst performed console served as the undertones for most of the song. Almost like a personification, like the Wii U's saying "I may be a failure, but I'll still try my hardest!"
@a weird person Well yes the marketing was one of the problems. Though it was also hard for Devs to program on it, which is why many third party companies single-dipped and left.
But the Wii U was a masterpiece in my eyes. From the moment I laid eyes on the trailer, followed by 3D World, MK8 and Sm4sh, I grew to love it's games that did manage to get on it.

It’s a shame how many people bash WiiU unfairly so hard because it got tons of great games, but assume the games lead to it’s failure which is entirely false. It has a couple of bad games, but marketing was the main point.
The Wii u was an amazing console, when you go through the system you can tell Nintendo put a lot of care into polishing and making the experience of using it as pleasant as possible

They showed the NES, but it was actually from the Famicom Disk System, the original version of the console. The NES had no startup.

@@fish_grass5285 lol you dont know what it is really it's like saying isnt the DS just a bad 3DS, isnt the NES a bad SNES; Isnt the Gameboy a bad Game Boy Advance. Wii U had flaws but the others had too. The N64 had a pretty bad controller and cartridges that led third party away. The GameCube had stupid mini discs because Nintendo were scared to be hacked, the Wii was underpowered for no reason, Wii U lacked games because of a pretty outdated CPU and lack of sales due to Nintendo being cocky because of the Wii, The Switch only has games no other feature like a social media, Netflix, Video Chat. It has youtube but every console has youtube it doesnt change and no internet browser wii u at least had a internet browser which is the best 4 now. The SNES had nothing wrong though
@@sudd32x14 The N64 controller was designed that way in case 3D gaming failed so consumers could immediately migrate to a 2D grip if Nintendo needed to shift its focus on 2D for the console. Though, the joystick should've been metal on the base instead of plastic. It wore out very quickly as the result.
And the cartridges allowed huge games such as Ocarina of Time to lack load times, among many more games on the console.
The amount of work and time and effort that was put into this is frightening
