Duluth is a highly sought out area a little over 28 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta Ga. This area has grown tremedously in value and appeal over the last 10 years. The downtown area of Duluth Ga has been booming with so much development and improvements. Sitting at the heart of Duluth Ga is the downtown area which host mulitple dining and shopping options as well as the town green where the city host concerts, movies on the green, festivals and more. The Town Green also has a splash pad and fantatic new playground area. Also in Duluth Georgia you will find a number of great parks such as McDaniel Farm Park, Bunten Park and Shorty Howell to name a few. On the east side of Duluth you will also find one of Atlanta's premiere event areas which is the Gas South District which includes the Gas South Arena. All around Duluth Ga you will find hidden gems, great food, suprising parks, and areas to enjoy entertainment and exlpore. This area has continued to exlpode not only in population but also in home values.

Duluth versus Suwanne which is better?
I think it depends on what you are looking for. Both are good options. Duluth is more affordable. Both have great town centers. Suwanee has higher ranking schools on different websites you can find (though school rankings can vary and I think they can show an aspect of schools but I don't think its a full story). I think Duluth has a little more to do in and around the area. But Suwanee has a greenway if you like to be outdoors.
