BGP Local Preference

BGP prefers the highest Local Preference
This is one of BGP well known Discretionary attribute
Local Preference is sent to all IBGP neighbors in an autonomous system
which is used to influence the outbound path

before changeing also it is showing 12.2 only after changeing the local preferences also... it is showing 12.2 only 900 is showing

yeah some times you have to do a soft reset using "clear ip bgp neighbor in/out " which will change the local preference .Hope that solves your query.Please let me know
