This time we're sitting down with Malta's entry, "Loop" by Sarah Bonnici - a mid-2000's inspired classic pop banger! We're asking all the tough questions here- do we have bald representation? Can Alex dance as well as Sarah? For what are we holding the Black Eyed Peas responsible?

I'm with Alex on this one. Also, we had to do the same lyrics and write a song on my music course at college in the early 2000s. The results were quite impressive.

the beat that you described is called "Dembow" and is typically found in Raggaeton and Dancehall, there was a real influx in dembow in pop and hiphop and even dance music in the 2010s that made it super popular. you will hear this in a lot of eurovision entries this year.

I appreciate the range of the ESC performers who can both sing and dance, but at the end of the day, it's a song contest, not a dance contest. I hear, "Do you wanna see me dance?" and I say "No".
