In preparation for ausspeedruns.com event in July 2024 I have achieved a new World Record in Team Buddies of 01:17:37, or In Game Time of 1:01:30
A lot more optimized strategies showcased in this level including ignoring the turrets in 'Inflammable Cannibals' and starting fights in 'Quarrelsome Quarry' and 'Flock Rocking Bleats'. The places were time was lost was:
- A hairy rescue in 'Nursery Crimes'
- Super Buddy showdown in 'Chocks Wahey'
- A sloppy 'Space City'
- And most of all a sloppy and cautious 'In For A Pound'
Shout again to CasualCassowary who keeps pushing me and this World Record further! Thanks to Eraserhead and Boltclock for their new tips in the Discord. And of course my friends, family and community for the encouragement, I really appreciate your company in the streams and comments in the videos!

This run was performed on DuckStation emulator on an NTSC copy of Team Buddies, some loading times were faster than expected when finally counted but the IGT was still lower than previous World Record.
