@@BlackADHDcoach in my opinion, it's the changes that children go through, when the parents have a crisis in their relationship. It's affects children, too and they become different, a lot of times for the worst. That's why when she found her son in the forest, he was, constantly, crying. But in the end, the kid returned to be himself, when the couple sorted out the differences and moved on.

the same rule applies. the kids doppelganger had to be killed before he can leave, which is implied in the end with the kids glove she found in the forest. we can assume someone had already killed his double.

For the ones that don’t get it the first Nemo died in the forest when she was looking for him. That’s why at the end of the movie she seen his glove in the forest close to the road so I’m guessing he got hit by a car or something, and then when she looked back, the second Nemo didn’t disappear. That’s because she knew that her son had died. That’s why he acted different when she found him in the forest and said that you’re not my real mom, and that’s why he also had the other Steines necklace already in his hand.
Or she murdered her son.😮

I have a different theory, Nemo 1 was not hit by a car but instead taken in by Couple 2... Nemo 2 however who was left behind by Couple 1 in their house, later came out to look for either them or his real parents either from hunger or what-not, so in that process Nemo 2 died out of the watch of his parents.
So couple 1 met Nemo 1 in couple 2's home, which means the survivors were..
Stein 1, Tate 2 and Nemo 1
I think Nemo 1 probably passed away from being lost in the forest.
No they left the 2 Nemo in their house and cross the lake where the other couple had Nemo 1 and they forgot about the 2 Nemo!

So the first nemo we saw had died? Maybe when the mom had first lost him and thought she found him but had actually found the second one so that left the first one alone in the woods the whole time.
Didn't you not see that they left the 2 Nemo in bed when they crossed the lake and the other couple had Nemo 1! Nemo 2 more then like starved to death while these fools was worrying about their marriage!

It was Nemo 1! They left Nemo 2 in the house sleeping when they crossed the lake so he starved to death! My question is if one of them had to die in order to pass through the barrier how did they pass through it a few time when they were driving!

Y'all have to remember they both took the wrong nemo home.. then the orig couple left nemo 2 at home and crossed the lake to the doppelgangers, the mom reunited with nemo 1 and he asked "why do I have two mommys?". so in the end.. mom 1 and dad 2, with nemo 1.. nemo 2 more than likely starved or something

@@BC-vl4rn homeschooling is prob illegal in Denmark as it is in Sweden. Hold a kid out of school for a year would make you loose the kid in Sweden. ¤ weeks can lead to heavy fines and a year could prob put you in prison.

So the Nemo we see at the beginning is dead. She found Nemo #2, which belonged to their doppelgänger counterparts. That’s why he was acting strange, crying all the time, and saying she wasn’t his real mom.
So Memo #1 we see at the beginning died in the woods, because they didn’t understand they got the wrong Nemo. That’s why she found a glove in the road, as it belonged to Nemo 1.
Now the movie itself of a metaphor on “killing” the parts of yourself you’re unhappy with, so you can move forward with your life, or you’ll be stuck in an endless loop. Same with Nemo. His parents bad marriage & hate for each other had changed him, and turned him into the sad & angry kid we saw later on.
Tate killed his “old” self that was mean & cruel, and the wife killed off her “old” self, that was scorned & resentful.

Thats the original nemo in the car, hence why the wife didnt tell the second stein about it. That was his original son whose glove was in the forest as they drove off. So original tate got her nemo back

Most likely the first one got lost passed away since they found the second Nemo and didn't know to search for the first
@@user-du5sn9uq6f Maybe, but it's weird that after the meeting, both couples spent time together with one Nemo and no one seemed to be worried that there was only one Nemo. There should be 6 people in that cabin after the meeting.
The Nemos were obviously different people as Nemo 2 could tell who were his real parents and couple 1 came with a Nemo of their own.
@@alexcosta2614 it shows the dog killed it's doppelganger then went threw the portal. So only one pair of each can pass if the other is dead. And they look back and Nemo is there. Meaning the original Nemo passed
